A lovely place to stay. Peaceful, and a great night’s sleep in that beautiful bed!

Really enjoyed the stay. Studio was spacious with stunning views of the countryside, sunsets and various forms of wildlife. Great base to explore the surrounding area with Hamilton close by and places like Raglan and Waitomo reached well under an hour. Jess was a fantastic host, always responsive and available when needed. Would recommend and stay again.

Great stay! Sue was lovely and has such a beautiful garden. We arrived a bit later in the evening but was easy to find and the perfect spot to stay with our baby and dog. Would stay again!

Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

Vicki had been a great host. She is responsive and very helpful. Her place is spotless with a nice view from the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in the area, look no further. I felt immediately welcomed by Rupert and his family, who had many excellent activity recommendations for the surrounding area and beyond. The house is a great mix of private, but accessible. Rupert provided everything I needed in the house for my stay, and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. If I ever get the chance to come back to the area I will certainly be looking to see if this spot is available again!

Stephen and Sue have a lovely wee air bnb studio on their property. If you like some country air and peace and quiet this will be a good choice for you. Made to feel homely and equipped with all the basics you need.

Really lovely quiet location close to Hamilton. We arrived late and had to leave early so we didn’t manage to meet our hosts. Instructions were easy to follow.

The perfect place to switch off and recharge! After a huge week celebrating our wedding, my husband and I escaped to Raglan, and this spot was exactly what we needed. Surrounded by native trees, it feels peaceful from the moment you arrive. The interiors are beautifully designed - thoughtful, stylish and cosy. My husband was stoked to find a stash of art, surfing, and design books and spent half the time flipping through them. Evenings were all about picking up delicious takeaways from the many local eateries, lighting the fire, playing cards, and connecting to the speakers to play some tunes. A special thanks to Sarah and Dave for creating such an incredible place. Friendly, hands-off hosts who make you feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice and calm place surrounded by horses and alpacas. A short drive to Hamilton. Has everthing you need. We haven't had time to try the bath under the stars, but would definitely recommand. We had a lot of fun with dog Blue.

Unpretentious, rural feeling holiday accommodation that was well suited to house our group of 4 adults plus a doggo. Appreciated having a fully fenced area for our beagle to sniff and enjoy. Beautiful country setting and view out the back, very peaceful, we truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were a little hard/springy for our liking, and the shower pressure quite weak, but these things are easily overlooked for a short stay.

Loved the location. Soo peaceful, relaxing, beautiful surroundings, excellent accommodation, worth every penny. I stayed 3 days as a birthday gift to myself and loved every minute of it including the outdoor bath, which I was in it every night. Thank you Sarah for an amazing birthday stay. I would totally do it again.

Sara's place is nice and spacious. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I agree with previous reviews saying the patio could do with some TLC and maybe a table. Overall a great place.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s been such a great stay at Kaye’s place, most welcoming, our kids could use their pool and the best time there. We enjoyed the awesome surroundings with the sheep and chickens ‘next door’. Thank you as well for the tools our son got to finish his woodwork project he started at sanctuary mountain!

Kahurangi Cottage is a lovely little cottage just 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. Immaculately clean and attractively decorated, with comfortable seating, bed, and well-equipped kitchen. Kit & Di are kind hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. We highly recommend their cottage for your Kawhia stay.

Off the beaten path, but close enough to surf or town. A perfect getaway!

R & A has a lovely cosy accommodation with all the necessary amenities required for a perfect quiet getaway. They provided quality showering products. The AirBnB is located in the countryside, however, there is a 4 square supermarket 3 mins drive from the AirBnB. The hosts are proactive and clear with their instructions. Highly recommend :)

This is a wonderful AirBNB - extremely comfortable and it has everything you could need for a few days away. And it is a definite bonus to have a pool! Godfrey and Crystal made us very welcome and we very much enjoyed meeting them. We'll definitely be back.

Absolute recommendation to Chris and Lesley🤩 Its close to Raglan for surfing, waitimo for glow worms and Hobbiton, so quite a good spot for various sights. Its on the country side, so if you need things, its a 12 min drive to Hamilton. Apt is perfect with all amenities needed, bread, homemade jam and eggs, tomatoes and lemon from garden provided. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much, and Chaka, the happy old labrador. Chris and Lesley are wonderfully curious people, who like to chat with their guests about everything from tips on sights to global politics or life stories. They don’t expect guests to entertain them, but engage if you do. It’s like visiting your grandparents, they help and share if you need it. We really enjoyed our stay, and would come back if in the area again.

I had a fantastic stay at Richard’s place! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. From fresh linens and toiletries to ample laundry and cleaning supplies, Richard made sure we had everything at our fingertips. The well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities added to the convenience. He was also incredibly responsive and ensured we felt at home. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to stay again in the future!
