Our stay at this property was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of, thanks to the ever-present and attentive caretaker, *Arun. He was always available to assist, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.* For those who *haven’t checked the photos* , the property is *well-equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave, refrigerator, and a water purifier,* making it incredibly convenient for both short and long stays. A major highlight is *Dose Café* , located just nearby. Their service is impeccable, and the food is outstanding, making it a perfect spot for meals. For guests relying on local transport, *Charminar is just a ₹350 ride away* . However, we highly recommend exploring nearby places on foot, as Uber fares for short distances tend to be on the higher side. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

The place was too good and the host Mr Sayeed helped us alot and the food was amazing. Hira bhai cooked wonderful food for us every day, and all the staff members are very friendly and rooms are cleaned every day and it feels like Home 🏡 specially Mangesh Bhai was very helpful and totally the place is worth the money and I’ll be visiting this place again and for sure, I’ll recommend my friend also

Our room was very modern and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is amazing :) There is a 24-hours reception which made it very easy to check out in an early hour. The staff was very kind and service minded. They booked us an in-hotel cab to the airport which arrived on time. We had a very pleasent stay :)

My husband had the pleasure of staying at Balcony Hotel during his recent visit to Hyderabad for a conference. From the moment he arrived, he was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. it's the best place, and in Banjara hills, great location. Food is tasty. Most of all very helpful host , he is the owner, very friendly and amazing vibes. I am definitely going back to stay there, whenever I visit Hyderabad.
