Well equipped, comfortable, and spotless place… location is very peaceful and serene… Overall we had a great stay! Few nitpicks to note: 1. Hard to comprehend from pictures alone how low the lake is. There really is no lake access at this time. 2. Not sure I would call “private”. Hosts live upstairs and have a full view of the patio area. Not an issue for us (and hosts are unobtrusive and very friendly) but could be for some 3. I’m very picky about light bulbs so this is a personal preference, but the light bulbs are very bright white LEDs which, in my view, takes away from an otherwise warm space.

Can’t recommend Maria’s perfect Austin oasis enough! We did a girls trip to Austin for the weekend and this was an awesome spot for us. Tons of comfy beds, well stocked, a dreamy outside area, and walking distance to tacos, HEB, and cute coffee spots! Maria was wonderful to communicate with and shared so many local pearls. Overall e recommend this home highly, and give it a 10/10!

Kelly’s place was perfect for our bachelorette weekend! The house had all the amenities we needed and was walkable to a grocery store. Beds were comfy. Downtown is a short uber ride away. Kelly was extremely helpful and responsive. We had no complaints and would stay again!

I’ve stayed in a number of well taken care of AirBnB‘s but I have never been in one with such an intentional health and wellness area. Back deck/yard is a beautiful and peaceful Zen center with hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna (and about the highest quality of each one can imagine having all to yourself!) The house was perfect as well—three really good size bedrooms with super comfortable mattresses, best stocked kitchen I’ve seen, and everything immaculately clean. You will be well taken care of and very rejuvenated in this home!

This place is an absolute gem. Wacky and fun, it’s a house with unique charm and character, something that is increasingly rare to find on Air BnB. The bedrooms are a little unconventionally arranged so if privacy for every single bed is your main concern, perhaps it’s not for you. Otherwise you’ll fall in love with this one-of-a-kind place like we did. There were 8 of us staying for SXSW and we really felt like we had a home base. Brian was attentive, flexible and helpful throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is ideal, and walkable. In a world of grey floored rentals and bland, heartless renovations, this spacious home is a whimsical breath of fresh air. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

George was very helpful throughout the entire process and even gave us a late check out. house is amazing with tons of room. within walking distance of alot of places and only a 10 min Uber to downtown. def wroth checking out George's house if you're gonna visit Austin.

Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

Larry is exceptionally hospitable, his place is gorgeous, bright, and well kept, and the location was ideal— with most destinations requiring just a quick drive. I would highly recommend this spot as it was also reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at this adorable tiny home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt cozy and inviting. The home is thoughtfully designed, making great use of space while still feeling open and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials I needed for a relaxing getaway. The decor was charming, with little touches that added personality and warmth to the space. I especially loved the outdoor area and unique layout. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d highly recommend this tiny home to anyone looking for a unique and cozy stay! Beautiful private house, super modern and great WiFi. Fit my friends and I comfortably and created a good environment. It was walkable to the downtown area and was very close to a nice trail that goes under Congress Bridge, which made it great to run or walk in the mornings for some sight seeing and boating. The host was great and always responded fast!

My stay here was exactly what I was looking for a quick getaway. It felt very cozy and luxurious and matched the Austin vibe to a T! Highly recommend

I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at Brunson’s place, so that says it all. It has been our home-away-from home in Austin, very conveniently located, clean, and a great host. We will certainly be staying there again!

Carolyn communicated check in with us and was extremely flexible. Her next guests had a change of plans and she messaged us to allow a late check out. Just super nice of her to do that. The bed was super comfy and the place was just as described. A little retreat right in the city. Very cool.

True hospitality for our group. Lynn and Jerry’s place was amazing. They were very proactive and accommodating with all our asks. The home is in a great location with great access to all of Austin’s go to spots. Truly awesome outdoor space, great for groups and a great base camp. Overall would highly recommend and would book again.

Enjoyed our stay at Todd and Darlene’s. Todd was very responsive when we had a request. The garage apartment was very spacious and had all the things we needed for a longer stay in Austin. We would like to return next time we are in Austin for a week and hopefully make use of the pool a bit more.

Ashley's place was sooo perfect for our party of 8 for a bachelorette weekend in Austin. It is just like the pictures and just as described. The pool was perfect and there were lots of extra fun props around for our photo ops. She was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. I will say this location is a fair drive from the airport and downtown (~20-30min) and Austin unfortunately has alot of traffic. We did rent a car which made trips easier. Ubers are also plentiful. We had a blast here and highly recommend this for any large groups!

Such an amazing and responsive host! We had an amazing stay, particularly enjoyed the backyard. Definitely would recommend this spot to anyone visiting!

We truly enjoyed our stay. There was not a time we didn’t feel right at home or feel if we needed anything we couldn’t get it quickly and easily. The hot tub was fabulous in the weather we had during our time there!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel special a few times during our visit and the fresh cookies were a very “sweet” touch. We will be back when it warms up!! Thank you!!!!
