Exactly as described. The only thing negative I could say would be the kitchen dishes and utensils. Didn’t have any measuring spoons or measuring cups. Couldn’t find a knife that would cut through a tomato. I would suggest they upgrade those things and it would be better.

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. We loved the waterfront property and large, fenced yard for our dogs. It was great that pets are allowed for a nominal $100 fee so that we didn't have to board them. If the property didn't accept pets, we likely would not even have taken the trip. The home is deceptively large, with plenty of room for our large family. The living room was very comfortable with a ton of seating for everyone. We enjoyed all being together. As others have mentioned, there were some quirks with the home, mostly because it's older lakefront. There were some bugs in the house, but that's country/lake living. They are also on a septic, so you have to be careful what to flush. We live in the country as well so we were used to it. Plenty of dishes, towels, bedding, etc. Some of the dishes were slightly dirty from the previous guests (I'm guessing) not cleaning thoroughly. We always rewash anyway. Great stay, will go back. Thanks for a great weekend!

Clean and comfortable home. My husband and I stayed with our college kid and two younger children. If you bring a boat there is boat access close by. The home had everything we needed for our stay!

This little house was so cute and cozy! It was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay - we will definitely be staying again and would recommend to anyone! Very inviting and peaceful!

The place was clean and free of clutter. It looked pretty new/modern. We felt safe there leaving our vehicle. Secluded, very very pretty scenery! It was what I had hoped for. I met the host. He was friendly. He responded very timely for the limited questions I had. We would stay again!

THIS PLACE…was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! From getting to fish on the two private ponds everyday to playing with the horses and longhorns to relaxing in the hot tub and who could ever forget the two dogs on the property. We absolutely fell in love with this home away from home and will be back for sure! They host at very proactive with any questions you may have and are very flexible with any accommodation you may have. We loved loved loved this place 5 stars isn’t nearly a high enough rating for this place!

Very nice place. I’m a competitive fisherman so this location was great. The private boat ramp was key during practice and tournament days. I love not having to fight the crowds at the boat ramps and it was a pretty central location. I was clean and everything you needed was there, including a place to park and plug up your boat.

Heavenly. Domance has created a little paradise perfect for a quick getaway. We will definitely be back and will be telling our friends about this gem as well!

First of all the house was large enough for our needs. My parents live close by, but have a small house and we had our family, my sister's family, and parents to accommodate for Christmas. Our adult children came with boyfriends and girlfriends, so the group grew exponentially. I did not realize the house sits on a wedding venue, but it was perfect for us. We were able to sit everyone around the dining room table. Living room was spacious and comfortable. (Bonus) The Barn was beautiful, the chapel and game room were also great and a lake to fish in, awesome. I was able to bring my dogs, and they actually have real kennels on the property. The pool area is fenced, house has tile and hard wood floors, all essential. Angela was a great host, she responded quickly, provided information, even tried to help us locate some tamales. Gave us the tour of the venue and made sure we knew where everything was. Fantastic stay, would definitely do it again in two years.

Great home and amenities! Stayed for 2 days and never found ourselves out of things to do! Would come again!

Just back from spending a wonderful weekend with my sister in Lindale, Texas. The unit we stayed in was exactly as Brandon described. The unit was clean . We felt very comfortable and safe in this area . The beds were exceptionally comfortable . I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in Lindale.

This home was refreshed recently and all the amenities were in perfect condition. We especially loved the bidet :) The road within the community could use some pothole repair but otherwise it was a pleasure to stay at Heather's. She was extremely responsive and flexible when we needed to extend one day. We were conveniently located near the new large boat launch to meet our fishing guide. Loved it!

Everything was amazing. We had the perfect Anniversary Weekend.

My son and I enjoyed this place so much! We loved everything about it! I must say at night, the stars in the sky seem so close, like you could reach out and touch them! The rooftop lounge area was great for gazing! We will definitely be back🖤

I booked this place for our daughter's boyfriend, who is reporting to Boot Camp next month, so we wanted to spend some time fishing. It was a great stay! Even though it was just for one night, we truly enjoyed it. The place was clean, the neighbors were friendly, and the hosts responded quickly and kindly. Additionally, we had a lovely view of the lake. We will definitely return!

10/10! This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and the linens on the beds were soft and comfy. The coffee maker and the ice machine were incredibly useful. Janee is a great host and very helpful in getting us settled. We let her know we would be arriving pretty late in the evening and she made sure the lights were on for us. We definitely recommend!
