This was a very clean and tidy place. It was exactly as pictured. When we had a question about the apartment, Steven replied quickly. The only thing that was a minor problem were the stairs up to the apartment. The short distance to Canton was a plus. The park was right outside the door. Great place to walk the dog! Would definitely recommend this place!

We were very pleased with our 6 night stay. Our GPS took us right there but we were also given clear written directions. Any questions we had were promptly answered . The apartment complex borders on the city park which gave us privacy and a quiet environment . Our little dog had a great area to have daily walks. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had all the comforts of home. We really liked having a laundry available to us in the building as well. We could continue our travels with clean clothes. That was so convenient. We had a great stay . We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Stayed here for 4 nights while my husband was in town for work. It was a really nice clean place that I felt totally safe at while he was away for work. We would stay again if back in the area.

Bill and the staff at The Ranch were great to work with! It was so peaceful I could just stay there!

Just back from spending a wonderful weekend with my sister in Lindale, Texas. The unit we stayed in was exactly as Brandon described. The unit was clean . We felt very comfortable and safe in this area . The beds were exceptionally comfortable . I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in Lindale.

We travel a lot, especially to East Texas. This is by far our favorite place to stay. Wayne and Linda are excellent hosts. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We were in the area for wedding and this place looked like a peaceful place to stay. The drawback is that you are out away from most establishments. The place was everything we expected. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very quiet and peaceful. There was lots of wildlife from Black Squirrels, Deer, Ducks and a large group of Pelicans. The home was furnished with lots of supplies. The Dock was just perfect, large enough for all 8 of us. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed fishing and boating.

All the guests agreed this was a fantastic choice for our week long stay at Lake Fork. Not only is the house modern and spacious, there are big fish right out the back door ready to ruffle the feathers of any eager angler. The friendly and respectful neighbors were always willing to help with anything we needed for our boats. The host Priya, and her sidekick Lester made sure that if any problems arose with the rental that it would be addressed quickly. It truly was southern hospitality at its finest. It was my first time to Texas and after my stay it definitely won't be my last. Thank you for a week we will remember the rest of our lives.

Great place and location. Loved all the deer and birds. Beautiful view from the back porch. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Great location and close to several towns we wanted to visit. Will definitely book again when we visit the area.

The home was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Very clean and inviting. Upon walking in the fireplace was on and the heat was on (cold evening), the home smelled very nice, and we were greeted with small chocolates on the dining room table. The owner (or manager) of this home took great care to make sure it met high standards. The contact person was quick to respond to any questions we had. However, most of the information regarding the house was in a website that was shared with us. The home is in walking distance of a private corner of Lake Tawakoni with a community pier. Great for fishing or just hanging out. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend.
