This house was as described and just like the pictures. Nate was very responsive and really helpful and understanding. It’s close to the main strip and the neighborhood is nice and the neighbors were really friendly and helpful also.

We book many Airbnbs and Heather’s worked out great! We went to hike New River Gorge NP and surrounding SP. Her home is very close to Canyon Rim Visitor Center and Thurmond Historic District. She is a little further from Grandview, and Sandstone Visitor Center, but, all are drivable and worth seeing. She provides excellent binders of hikes, waterfalls, and overlook tours. We felt at home in her duplex. We were able to cook meals and enjoyed watching the birds out the kitchen window. Heather provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities. She was very responsive when we had a couple of questions and even stopped by when we asked her. It was nice to meet her. If you are looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay that is convenient to a host of activities, this should work for you. We highly recommend and would stay here again. Great host, very responsive! We had some issues with the bed, but the host tried his best to offer help, eventually he partially refunded us. Very peaceful place to stay, close to NRG national park. The co-host Christy is nice and helpful too!

Clean and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and an updated bathroom. Made for a great stay!

Our group had a wonderful stay, stunning scenery, very peaceful. There’s enough parking for two cars comfortably, and the train tracks nearby could get loud at night but also was a pleasant experience for us.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful historic home. We loved the view from the porch. The house was conveniently located near New River Gorge National Park. We appreciated the local food recommendations the host provided. The kitchen was also very well-stocked. After long days of hiking we enjoyed coming back to relax in this cozy home. We hope to be back someday!

Beautifully maintained historic home. Furniture and decor fit perfectly. Backyard deck was very nice with views of the mountains. Very close to the New River Forge NP. Highly recommend if you are in staying in this area.

Your Airbnb home was beautiful inside and out. We all loved it. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful view outside too. We definitely would stay again! Wonderful hosts! Thank you!

Clean and comfortable. Liked the bedroom with no windows because we like to sleep in darkness and the beds were comfortable. Also, like the covered parking because it allowed us to unload and load in the bad weather. The snacks and drinks the host provided was nice to curb a craving. There are small steps throughout which the host advised us to watch out for to avoid tripping. Place was convenient for visiting friends.

This beautiful place was just what we were looking for. Sue was an excellent host and took care of every possible situation that we might encounter during our stay. We loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place! The apartment was very cute and homey with all amenities you could need. The location was great for exploring some of the parts of New River Gorge National Park off the beaten path, and it was beautiful and peaceful being right on the river. The trains passing by were a bit loud during the night and the water did have a sulphur smell, however, those things are listed in the description of the apartment, so it did not impact my rating since we came in knowing what to expect. Amy was also a very responsive and friendly host!

This was a great stay for us! Enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably, especially with access to the porch. We had a great time; Hinton is am underrated town, and the area is gorgeous.

Adam was a fantastic host! He made sure all the amenities were well-stocked, and even went above and beyond by purchasing food for us for the weekend. The fridge was filled with beverages, and the Nespresso coffee maker was a nice touch. The loft had smart home features powered by Alexa, which added to the overall cool experience. We also loved the record collection! Adam truly made our stay enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you so much!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy our ski trip with our family. Cindy was a great host and communicated clearly everything proactively. The condo was fresh, clean, and warm as we arrived. The beds had memory foam mattress toppers and comfortable pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with more than we expected, and even labeled for easy location. The ski racks & boot mats & dryer in the bunk room was perfect! Thank you for the great Ski vacation stay!

Very clean and cozy place. The bed was very comfortable! Appreciated the bottled water and snacks she offered. Also the soap, shampoo and body wash was thoughtful especially since I forgot to pack mine. A TV in the living room and bedroom! Nice place close to the New River Gorge National Park that made for a fun day of hiking and exploring.

Loved this space on our trip to visit New River Gorge National Park! It was a cute condo, and we felt right at home with our dog as well. Easy to get to places we wanted to go during the day, and a quiet and comfy place to land after adventuring! Josh was a great host. Highly recommend!!

Location Location Location. We were really looking for a ski in ski out place as we were supposed to have quite a bit of snow while we there. Ended up getting about 10" so no matter what the roads were like we had enough food from the local store for a few days. but to my surprise they kept the fairly steep entry drive plowed and clear the whole time. the room was great and as to be expected. it wasn't that cold while we there but the newer mini split heat pump did a great job keeping us warm. I was already told by 13 year that we are definitely coming back here. she had an absolute blast. Thanks again for everything and we will be back again for sure hopefully this year.

8 of us stayed in Condo D203 for our annual ski trip. The location of this condo is very convenient as one of the slopes is located a few steps away, which is great for stopping in to grab a bite to eat or take a break without taking to much time away from skiing. Stephanie was very quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. Driving to the condo and parking was also very easy even with all the snow Winterplace received this year. Our group had a great time with no complaints, we hope to return for our next annual ski trip!

We love the ability to ski in/ski out and that dogs are allowed. It is a good place for the price listed. We have stayed here twice now. I would just suggest bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Very great stay. Rick did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our stay. Even giving a heads up on possible weather conditions that could impact the trip to the area. Everything was exactly as listed and easy to find. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to the area.
