Really can’t say enough. We’ve had bad experiences with air bnb in the past, and this place blew our expectations out of the water. Felt like a stay at a prestigious luxury resort. Immaculate and tasteful, and had anything you’d need for a stay and more. Wonderful experience.

We loved our time at The Pine Loft, it exceeded all expectations! It’s got so much charm and is designed beautifully - we especially enjoyed the personal spa experience (luxurious steam room, cedar sauna, robes, firepit, gym space). It had everything we needed and more; A fully equipped kitchen, games, books, TV, and the most comfortable beds! Every detail has been thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. We are already planning our next visit!

A spacious clean room with area to relax and work as well as sleep. Close to several of the ski hills.

The condo unit was perfect for our family of 4 and small dog. Separate bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, and access to the bathroom from both rooms which comes in handy for our family. Very comfortable king bed. Great to have a kitchen as well as access to laundry to dry out ski clothes and pool towels. FYI living room blinds don’t cover the patio door windows which could disturb the person sleeping there. Our kids really enjoyed the pool at the complex, especially the outdoor portion of the pool on a snowy day. Quick drive to horseshoe valley for snow activities. The host was very quick to communicate when we had questions. The only thing to note - the place could be better stocked (limited toilet paper, no shampoo, garbage bags etc.), however I anticipated this from past reviews and came prepared with all items. I’m sure if I contacted the host she would have been quick to respond and deliver.

Had a very cozy and quiet Valentines Day getaway here with my girlfriend and we can definitely recommend it. Especially the steam shower, the foosball table and the gym were cool and the kitchen is really new. Moe is a great host and always helped with our questions quickly as well.

Vlad is a great host who is attentive and checked in frequently. We were there in the winter and his place was toasty warm so I'd definitely recommend it to anyone planning winter travel to the York Region area. Vlad even got up at dawn and shoveled the snow off of our footpath daily. For those with kids, there is a really great park nearby. Our son loved the kids car bed that Vlad put out for him as well as the kids dishes. .

I would strongly recommend Diana’s place to all future guest and will definitely revisit again . I loved the amenities , the view , and overall the experience . Communication was perfect with quick responses . I will definitely be rebooking again in the future .

Aruna’s place was perfect for a getaway, loved that it is around the corner from the Spa:) would stay there again!

Great price for stay. We enjoy staying at AirBnBs in this area. This space is clean, simple stock of household items, all the right extras!

We had a little girls spa weekend. This location fit beautiful as Vetta was a 5 min walk!! The Airbnb had their own little spa, with a sauna, hot tub, pool (inside and outside) and a gym…beautiful amenities! The Airbnb itself was spotless, perfect to dine in (everything you need in a little kitchenette) the little thoughtful snacks were a pleasant surprise! The thoughtful basket in the bathroom “in case you forgot” so helpful and cute! We were 3 girls and it was a perfect amount of space. We would definitely stay here again! And next would go skiing as the ski hill is right there (5-7 minute walk) !! Great location, amazing hosts, great restaurant called the ktchn (very worth it, make a reservation) the best meal I have had in a while! Amazing views!

David was a gracious host - very accommodating and responsive. A+++ location at Lighthouse Point. Just steps to Georgian Bay and many activities right on site: paddling on the lake, swimming off the pier, tennis, pickleball, fitness centre, and especially strolling the beautiful lake front trail and wetland area that's incorporated into the development. We loved it all!

This has been one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. The Ice Storm knocked us out of our house and Kin was kind enough to allow us to check in the evening prior to our reservation so that we could get out of our cold and dark home. The Condo was absolutely beautiful and Kin was simply the best Host we have ever encountered and we have stayed at a lot of airbnb's over the years. The repairs on our home were scheduled to take 10 days so we booked and paid for that length of time. By some miracle the work was completed in half that time and Kin was kind enough to allow us to shorten our booking without penalty. Just an incredibly nice gesture and one we really appreciated. Thank you Kin once again for all you did for us. We can't recommend staying with Kin enough. An incredible Host and an incredible Condo!

Shahed's place at Friday Harbour is beautiful and well appointed. He gave very clear instructions for entry and parking, including photos. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed, even extra charging cables for devices! The space was comfortable and uncluttered. Shahed was great at communicating and always responded quickly to any questions. Friday Harbour has activities and restaurants available on weekends in the winter and is a fun engaging place by the harbour in the spring, summer and early fall. We were there in the early part of the week in February so the harbourfront was quiet but still nice for a stroll. We spent time in both Barrie (20 minutes away) and Orillia (about 50 minutes away).

I loved staying here! It was very clean and bright. It was a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable and was very clean. Can’t wait to come back :)

"Peaceful and Convenient Stay!" I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to Starbucks, FH Finefood grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. It made everything super easy, whether I needed coffee, groceries, or a nice meal. The host was also responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

It's a great spot. Definitely good for families. We used it as a space to eat, sleep, and explored the night life. Kitchen was stocked with what we need, even with some extras. Everyone who stayed had positive things to say about the space. You do need to be mindful of the neighbours for noise levels. We tried to be respectful and we got no complaints for noise. I would recommend this if you are a respectful bunch of adults going and definitely for families. The park is right now front, and there was family's and kids out and about.

We had a wonderful stay here in Midland. The house is very clean and spacious and the master bedroom is a great space to unwind and relax. The house did not disappoint and I would book again for our next trip to Midland. Nicole is a great host, and excellent communicator and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Mill in Shelburne. The property is charming and full of character, offering both comfort and tranquility. Lynn is a generous and thoughtful host, making our visit truly special. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property looked exactly like the photos and included all the amenities as promised. The game room provided endless entertainment throughout the day and evening, while the hot tub, surrounded by charming string lights, created the perfect cozy atmosphere. The backyard was spacious, with stunning views that added to the experience. I’d love to return in the summer to take full advantage of the pool!

We had a group of 10 and had a blast. And even when the weather is not the nicest out there, there were still a lot to do as a group in the house.

We were extremely happy with absolutely everything about our stay at Martin’s place. It is immaculately kept and so thoughtfully outfitted, right down to plastic slippers at the front door. A super house for everyone. Main floor bedroom and bathroom for anyone not wanting to climb stairs to bedrooms. Tons of space, including a fun basement with workout gear and large screen TV. A good layout for a family. The whole house has obviously been recently renovated so it is pristine in presentation. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Martin was also very responsive and helpful!
