Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

Einfacher check in per schlüssselbox. Geräumiges Haus, Betten waren bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung da und sind morgens gleich wieder abgereist. Zur Küchen Ausstattung kann ich daher nichts sagen.

Wir waren zu siebt, zwei Pärchen, zwei Kumpels im 2er-Zimmer und ich auf dem Schlafsofa. Außerdem waren zwei Hunde dabei. Es gab genug Platz für jeden, der Garten ist riesig, die Terrasse hat einen guten Ausblick und die Ausstattung war für unsere Zwecke ideal. Der Kamin ist einfach zu bedienen und wir hatten es sehr gemütlich trotz zwei Regentagen. Der See ist nicht sehr zugänglich mit den vielen Privatgrundstücken, ähnlich wie am Bodensee. Im Esszimmer konnten wir fabelhaft zu siebt essen, Spieleabende machen oder uns einfach alle im Wohnzimmer zum faulenzen verteilen, für die beiden Hunden konnten wir jeweils ebenfalls eine friedliche Ecke einrichten. Ich kann dieses AirBnB allen empfehlen, die in Ruhe etwas abseits Zeit verbringen wollen. Es ist sehr einfach mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen.

The apartment was neat, cozy, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. We encountered an unexpected issue when our long-term apartment booking fell through, and they took the time to talk with us, offering their support in case we got stranded or needed help. Their kindness and generosity made a big difference during a stressful time. On top of that, we loved the delicious bread they provided for breakfast—it was a perfect start to our mornings! I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

When you look at the pictures of a place, you always assume and prepare yourself for worse. Because, you know, pictures could be deceptive. But, this place, the pictures are not enough to show how cozy, comfortable and useful it is! And me and my family are so grateful for such a nice and helpful hospitality to our host Steffi.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind den perfekten Aufenthalt bei Agnes! Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten: Spielmöglichkeiten, Wickelplatz, Babybett, etc. Die Schlafräume sind großzügig und einladend, von den Balkonen aus hat man eine tolle Sicht und der Wohnraum ist ebenfalls gemütlich. Wir konnten uns immer an Agnes wenden und sie stand uns jederzeit zur Seite. Falls es uns nochmal in die Region verschlägt, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Johann and Gabi have a lovely rental in a very quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is it. There is a yard with patio furniture and a BBQ grill and the area has walking/biking paths. Other than some issues with the WiFi, everything else went well and we would recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

Katharina war eine sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung mit dem Garten war klein aber fein und hatte alles, was benötigt wird. Auch war es sehr ordentlich dort. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.

We loved staying at Katharina's home! She was very responsive whenever we had a question, and even let us add an extra day on about a month before the trip when our plans changed. It was very easy to get to the center of things when we needed, with a nearby bus stop. Would recommend to friends and family!

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen und entspricht zu 100 Prozent den Photos auf der Website. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage. Diese kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und einladend, was sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Es war echt wunderschön, und Alexander hat immer sehr freundlich und schnell geantwortet. War ein sehr schönes Erlebnis, danke dafür!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

Javier's place is great. Really lovely place with charm. lots of attention to details and fully equipped. Makes you feel at home right away. Javier communicated well and kindly. Fantastic combo.

Fantastic! The apartment is spacious (pictures don’t do it justice). It is a studio but there is a nice closet for storage and a comfortable seating area. We spent 5 nights and did not feel cramped. It is CLEAN - always a top consideration for us. The kitchen has everything and we cooked a number of meals easily. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and very walkable with a fascinating old cemetery close by where we met loads of walkers. Transportation in and out of the city was convenient and easy. Above all, Stefan and Jackeline were wonderful hosts. They made sure we had everything and helped with some medicines for a nasty cold on a Sunday when I couldn’t find an open shop. They included morale-boosting cake with the cures! They checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed. Stephan even offered us a ride to the train station but we missed the offer since our notifications weren’t on. We loved it and they are great!

Location is nice and quiet with close by grocery store, train station, and local bakery. It is outside the inner city and in very quiet neighborhood. At times it was difficult to get an uber, but the train station is so close that it can be more convenient. Monika was great in communicating and provided lots of help proactively. She is a great host.
