This place is amazing! It was so cute, cozy, and in a beautiful walkable neighborhood! Super easy to take an Uber or the tram right into Alstadt (Old Town)It had everything we needed plus more! The building is very secure and we felt safe the entire time! Miriam is the best airbnb host we’ve ever had! She is amazing and made our stay incredible! I had so many questions leading up to our first time in Munich during Oktoberfest and then again during our time there. She helped us figure out everything, plus all her recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. were great! Can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in Munich!

This place was amazing! Lee was very communicative and accommodating. Great space, all of the amenities we needed, and toddler friendly. It was close to multiple local transportation options and walkable to neighborhood offerings. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend für mich und mit der Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Kunstmühle optimal für mich gelegen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung, mit flexiblem Check-In.

Le logement était parfaitement identique aux photos et à la description. Il est idéalement situé avec beaucoup de restaurants et de petits cafés à proximité. Altstadt est à 20 minutes à pieds. Eliz était sympathique et les instructions étaient claires. Nous recommandons ! 😊

Convenient location and check in/check out process. Great to work with during booking. Loved having the two separate bedrooms and appreciated the two bathrooms. The complimentary water and snacks were an added bonus. A couple little improvements could be made to make this Airbnb exceptional but just minor touch ups. Would recommend to others.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone nell’ appartamento di David. Camera doppia e divano letto. Cucina ben rifornita, lavastoviglie, forno microonde. Bagno pulito e funzionale. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso silenzioso, in un quartiere ben curato. Fermata Metro e Autobus comodi e anche vicino a Centro Commerciale Olympische Einkaufzentrum. Noi avevamo nostra macchina e abbiamo trovato parcheggio gratuito vicino all’appartamento.

Everything was great nice private quiet and walkable. We didn’t know about the cat for me that wasn’t a problem but maybe should be mentioned. Thanks Hao

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir waren im Winter dort & konnten daher vor allem die Winterküche nutzen (Die Sommerküche ist im Winter zu kalt). Gemeinsam mit 11 Erwachsenen und 1 Baby waren wir übers Wochenende in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, sind am Nachmittag nach Wasserburg am Inn spaziert und haben abends gekocht. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit. Sebastian ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und die Katzen sind wunderbar.

Hilda y Manfred son un encanto. Todo estuvo perfecto con ellos. El barrio tranquilo, accesible. La habitación está hasta arriba de todo con un baño para nosotros. Nos dejaron jamón, queso, pan, yogur agua y cerveza en el refri. Siempre muy atentos. Súper recomendable.

Miriam's house is in a nice, quiet location, but still very accessible to public transportation for going into the center of Munich. Everything has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The bedroom is very attractive, with an extremely comfortable bed. Miriam and her husband were very welcoming and friendly.

I'm so glad to have stayed here. everything was right next to us with no more than a 10 min. walk if that. I'm definitely going to try and stay there again when I come back to Munich.

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Very nice place and private location- easy to get where needed. Responsive owner and clean place. Only negative was the internet was slow in some rooms. Would highly recommend

Benedikt è stato un host fantastico. Ci ha seguiti fin dall’inizio ed è stato sempre pronto e disponibile. L’appartamento è molto bello, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con una bimba di due anni. Gli spazi erano ampi, la zona tranquilla e non lontana da Monaco. La mobilia un po' datata ma aveva tutto il necessario. Gli host sono una coppia simpatica, tranquilla e disponibile. C'è anche un simpatico cagnolone. Lo consigliamo come base per visitare i dintorni di Monaco e Baviera.

Dominique was a great host, always supportive and proactive at any time. The location of the place is great and always would come again!
