My family and I loved this home- in fact it was by far and away the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The layout was great, the furniture, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The decor was as if we were in someone’s actual home- it made us feel welcome and at home vs other striped down Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The neighborhood was a plus- quiet and close to so many things and places we had planned on going to before we knew the exact location of the home. None of us wanted to leave- my older son wanted to just live there he liked it so much. We would love the opportunity to stay here again when we return to San Diego. Thank you for everything Kyle!

great location and amenities - we really appreciated the garage parking spot as it's in a popular beach area. Easy access to the beach boardwalk, and the house has a nice saltwater pool and spa with all the floaties and life jackets for the kids. We found everything we needed to have a fantastic spring break!

Our second stay at this house. Rebooked because we LOVE the outdoor pool/hot tub space with a view, grill and outdoor lounge and tv area. Pool towels are provided and it’s really just the best. Well cared for and clean. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space with everything you need to enjoy a meal, coffee, wine, etc. beds are comfy, decor is super cool. We ate at some nearby great places this trip: Crest, Books+Records, Bread and Cie. We had a blast thrift shopping at Buffalo Exchange which was nearby too. Airport is so close which made departure super easy for us too. Hope to return again!

We had a great stay over spring break! Our group was 5 adults & 4 children, but we never felt cramped! The neighborhood is charming and felt safe, even to this small town family. We walked into the Kensington main street area most days - for coffee (Starbucks), acai bowls & organic groceries (Stehly Farms Market), pizza, burgers (kids eat free on Tuesday!), and ice cream (you MUST try the Ube & Toffee flavor at Stella Jeans)! :) The kids loved the pool/ hot tub, although it was a shame the pool guy never checked in over our weeklong stay. With 4 children in the pool every day, the water was cloudy by the time we left. I blame myself for not letting Zeina and Mo know, as they were responsive for all my other queries. The casita was a blessing for grandma and grandpa, who needed their quiet time. The only real complaint I heard from our group was that the house smells stale (like the charming old house it is) and the laundry/pingpong area smells of mildew. Opening doors helped!

Miguel’s home was the perfect stay for my business partner and I! Such a beautiful and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything! Would absolutely stay here again!

There are simply not enough stars to rate this exceptional home! This mid-century modern home was impeccable — interior design was gorgeous, exterior was serene and flowed with the open living. The pool was well maintained and every detail to make guests comfortable were taken. We loved our time there! I can’t thank you enough Lacee for making our trip truly wonderful. We hope to come back soon!

The place was excellent for me and my family. It was homey, spacious, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Loved the location and the home. Was near everything we needed. The home was clean and provided everything as the description stated.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property and Jesus! The home is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, well stocked, beautiful backyard with a pool, spa, grill, views and seating. It's rare that a rental property exceed expectations or comes close to the listing photos but this one is a gem!! Our kids had so much fun in the pool (which was heated to the perfect temp). Jesus was very communicative and ready to assist any time I had an inquiry or need for assistance. I give this place 10/10 and would highly recommend you snag this place for your next trip to San Diego. We will be back soon! :)

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

We had a last minute decision to book and helped that they had a late check in available. Nice location easy access.

Randy’s place was fantastic. It was as described and depicted in photos. Randy was a great host. He was very accommodating and accessible. The place was comfortable and clean. The living space/kitchen/dining area was great for our group of 6 adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The location was amazing. One small block to the beach. The grocery store and coffee/bars are so close. We used the bikes, Prokadima and beach chairs. Such a great place for the price. Thank you Randy for sharing your place with us!

The host was responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Definitely would stay here in again!

Lorenzo was a great host! Would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking to stay close to downtown SD. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Charming little Cottage in a perfect, downtown La Jolla location. Walk to anything. La Jolla Cove and beaches. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance.

Marjorie and Dan’s home was vey nice, clean and bright. We felt very comfortable there. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We had two families with young kids staying and this was great. The 3BR/3BA lay out was great with two en-suite bathrooms and the kids room was perfect for the cousins. There was already lots of kids stuff available (pack n play, high chair, sand toys, beach towels) so it made our trip much smoother. The location is great - both close enough to lots of downtown attractions while quiet enough for us to get rest at night after a long day. Jaime was very responsive and proactively offered an earlier check-in since there was no guests the night before. That was particularly helpful for us to get all the kiddos settled in earlier if the day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

This place was conveniently located, private, and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, with nice pillows and sheets. The Airbnb was equipped with everything one would need for the beach! Doug was a very communicative host, which we liked. Overall, a great little spot for a vacation. The only negative was that out of the "four" parking spots, one is tandem, meaning a stranger might end parked behind you with your car trapped.

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I had a fantastic stay at Erick’s Airbnb in Pacific Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Erick was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in PB. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was clean and roomy, plenty of space for our family of 3. The outdoor space had a nice table and room for corn hole. The home was exactly as described and in the photos. The host personally delivered pastries on our last morning, which was a wonderful way to end our stay.
