My friends and I had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and as described, and the location was perfect. Jazmin was incredibly responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this property.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

Todo perfecto!! La casa muy comoda, Alex siempre atento, y sobre todo el internet es muy rapido (tiene fibra optica). 5 estrellas todo⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

Fui con amigos, casa amplia cómoda y limpia, celebre el cumpleaños de mi Esposo con un asado, con autorización previa de los administradores, pasamos un día lindo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía.

Se sintió como estar en casa, el departamento estaba limpio, cómodo y con excelente ubicación, se nos facilitó la movilidad a algunos sitios turísticos, si duda nos volveríamos a quedar si regresamos

La casa es divina!!! muy grande y cómoda, ambientes espaciosos, patio y pileta muy grandes, todo en general excelente y muy cómodo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Disfrutamos la casa, el patio y la pileta en familia y pasamos unos días hermosos. La casa es tal cual las fotos y la descripción y agradezco a Federico y su esposa por su calidez, amabilidad y predisposición. Realmente es una casa divina y nos encantó alojarnos ahí con mi familia. No tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente. La zona es muy tranquila. Voy a recomendar este alojamiento y si tengo oportunidad voy a volver.

Very cool indoor/outdoor space in a convenient location. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and it's easy to hop on a bus to go to other neighborhoods. Fran was a very welcoming and helpful host--he went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to get to know him. The house is a great place to relax--especially on the roof where you can get some sun, nap in the breezy shade, and the mosquitos can't find you.

Excelente, tercera vez en la casa y todo muy bien como siempre, un agrado hospedarse en este lugar, y con el calor que hacía en buenos aires, la piscina fue espectacular, volvería sin dudas

Marcelo was an incredible host! He made everything so easy, especially with check-in. He was super flexible and proactive, which I really appreciated. On top of that, his recommendations were fantastic and added so much to the trip. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself was lovely. The balcony was a great spot to relax, and everything was spotless and well taken care of. You can tell Marcelo puts a lot of effort into it. And the location is the best in all of Palermo. Very central! I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

muy lindo departamento, falta cambiar sábanas de las camas. Lo demás todo perfecto, cerca de supermercados, calles principales y facil acceso a locomoción. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo, el precio es muy conveniente

Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de Buenos Aires, tiene un balcón donde podrás hacer un asado con una vista espectacular de la ciudad. El departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, es muy lindo, tal cual como en las fotos. Su anfitrión, George, está dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento, muy querido.

El apartamento está muy bien, coincide totalmente con la descripción y su ubicación es excelente. La comunicación con Sebastián fue fluida, siempre atento y dispuesto a colaborar. Es un estupendo anfitrión. Es una opción muy recomendable el apartamento de Sebastian!

Alojamiento muy acogedor, cómodo para ingresar y salir ya que es en planta baja, ideal si hay niños. Cocina muy cómoda. Susana se portó de 10 al conseguirnos una cuna para nuestro hijo. En pleno Caballito, con todo a la mano. 100% recomendable!
