Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were great!

Our stay had everything we wanted for our campus visit! With my husband and I and 3 teenagers, there was plenty of space for everyone. What we loved: garage parking with door remote since the street was very full; easy keyless entry; fun fireplace!; clean bathrooms with 2 showers; comfy beds; and a basement for the teenagers to hang out in, watch TV, etc. We really liked the offerings of the walkable neighborhood: highly recommend The Market at Malcolm Yards, Surly Brewing, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, and buying a day pass at Anytime Fitness! The METRO light rail just 1 block away! Great location!

Perfect for what we needed: a place fairly close to X-cel Energy Center, allowed us to bring our cat for a fee, had restaurants nearby, and even had free parking nearby. Cute decor, homey feel, great use of the available space. Quiet neighborhood and great cafe right downstairs. Drive or walk east on 7th St., you're at X-cel Energy Center with lots of pubs , restaurants and breweries on the way. Drive west on 7th St and you are on the way to Mall of America and Ft. Snelling. Great instructions on how to use TV, how to access the place and rooms. Thoughtful amenities.

This was a beautiful apartment. Lynda goes above and beyond in thinking what a guest will need. Starting from the coffee/creamer/water and everything you may need in the kitchen. The apartment was beautifully decorated and full of colors/birds and flower prints. The kitchen has a little sit in area that faces the sunrise. And the cardinal pics were a favorite. The place was very secure to come in and out and the neighborhood is very pet friendly. We truly felt at home and we are thankful for the stay. This is close to both cities and there is lots to do.

This was an amazing stay! A huge place, very clean, walkable area and great restaurants in the area. Jade is a super host for sure ! The instructions for check in were very easy and literally the easiest check out list. I will be back for another stay in this beautiful place!!!

My husband and I were in town to visit our two kids who live in St. Paul. As their apartment is tiny, Hannah's place gave us the room we needed for the 4 of us to hang out, share dinner and play games together. The location was great as well being close to pretty much anything we wanted to do! Hannah was a communicative host and we will consider staying again!

The home was wonderful. Roxanne was terrific and friendly. They ensure you feel right at home while there and address anything that comes up. The home had anything you could ask for, and it is clear they appreciate their guests and work to ensure you are comfortable.

A very peaceful stay with a clean space and excellent amenities. The sparkling water was an excellent touch. We'd come back in a minute!

We've stayed at this location twice now and it works great for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe. Brian is a wonderful and accommodating host. We originally booked a different weekend, but something came up. Brian worked with us to find another weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back again!

Jessie reached out on my arrival day and made sure that the suite would be well-heated for my arrival. Instructions for finding the place and entering were clear and the place itself was very cozy.

Great home for our family to stay in. Lots of restaurants close by and close to Mall of America! The garage was huge and big enough for our oversized tall van to fit in. Normally we have to park outside but the oversized garage was a huge bonus! The home had everything we needed.

Came to town to check out a concert at the Uptown Theatre. This spot was a 10 minute walk away from venue. The neighborhood also is full of diverse cafes and restaurants. Would def recommend this spot 👍

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Chris was a fantastic host, and the condo exceeded expectations. The stunning city view, incredibly comfortable beds, and stylish decor made our St. Patrick's weekend truly memorable. Highly recommended!
