There were four couples, and we each had our own bath and bedroom. It was so great to be able to get together in the morning and have coffee and look at the beautiful view. In the evening we sat around in the living room and chatted. It couldn’t have been more perfect for us. And the beds were very comfortable!

I chose Julie's home for a one-month stay in December, to celebrate Christmas with my son who recently relocated to the Cities. My elderly mother came with me and spent a week. I only mention that because everything in the home is on one level, which is great! There are a couple steps to enter through any of three ways. The location was perfect for me! Major shopping is no more than a 10 minute drive. The home's attraction for me was the fenced in yard and the garage for parking, especially in December! I would love to enjoy the back yard in the spring or summer, and would book this house again in the future (if it isn't already booked!)

Great spot to stay in one of my favorite parts of St. Paul. The fully fenced in yard and ability to have my dogs stay with me was a huge perk. It felt like home for the week we had to stay during part of our home renovation. Walkable to restaurants and coffee, close to highways, quiet neighborhood.

Mike and his home tick all the boxes. I hesitated to post a glowingly accurate review, because I don't want the rest of you to book it solid so I can't visit again!

My house flooded and finding a place to live with two pets is challenging. First of all this house is solid, beautifully maintained and a quiet sort of lovely with quirky fun art and pleasant comfortable furnishings. Walk to Macalester college, a cute drugstore, coffee shops and restaurants easily. I had no trouble with parking or coming home later at night. The well fenced pleasant yard was great for my pets. Full sized appliances and a nicely finished basement that I slept in most nights as there is an extra nice bedroom and roughed in bath downstairs that is not in the description. Plenty of room to put my stuff and I have a lot. This cozy little place made this hard winter so much better. And Joe is helpful, kind hearted and just made this whole thing better. I cannot recommend highly enough. Even my many houseplants I had to bring with did well here.

What a fantastic place! The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how clean it looked and smelled. Loved that! The directions to the home and entry were easy to follow. The home was bright and cozy with blankets throughout. Loved the slate blue and white walls, high ceilings, and thick framed doorways. The place put me in mind of New Orleans - one of my favorite cities! My dog loved sitting on the porch and soaking up the sun rays. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was neat and spacious, and the kitchen had every kind of coffee and tea gadget you could think of! Finally, when it was time to check out, I learned my car battery had died in the frigid Minnesota cold. Nicole did not hesitate to offer me to stay beyond the checkout time until AAA arrived. This place rocked! Thank you for the amazing stay!

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we loved it even more this time! Just a bit cold for us Texans! Wonderful, beautiful yard and such nice and responsive owners. Took care of the snow in the driveway without even asking them. Great owners and wonderful home. Would highly recommend 1346 Delaware. Easy access to Costco, Cub, our daughter, and MOA!!! We loved staying at this quaint home in St Paul. Wonderful location and conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants and all sorts of attractions in the Twin Cities. Josiah was an excellent host - so prompt, friendly and helpful. What a wonderful home, filled with amenities, cozy, cute clean. Our pup has never felt so at home at an AirBnB before and loved the backyard and nearby parks. We also loved the working desks to maximize our stay. We will absolutely be returning back to Josiah’s spot!

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

My family and I loved our stay at Leule’s home. We were 9 adults with 3 kids and had so much space. The location was great and only 15min from MOA. We would stay again!

Extremely comfortable home in quiet surroundings but close to airport and twin cities So many decks, porches, rooms and nooks to sit, relax and gather. Good communication with host Highly recommend this place.

Had a great stay. Tyler is a great host, everything was prepared and ready for us. The apartment was clean and everything worked properly. There was paid parking right across the street, and even cheaper parking in the ramp around the corner. The views are really something.

We had a great stay at Justin's place. Great location. Very clean and loved the amenities. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance! Justin and his team always responded in a timely manner!

Master bedroom/suite is awesome! We had a short stay but it was very nice. There was snow when we arrived and they had it shoveled for us.

Lynda was a top notch host and her home is perfectly comfortable for one, two, three (a couple and one adult/teen) or four (a couple and two small children). There are stairs and a beautiful, deep clawfoot tub that are fine for able bodied folks but could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Lynda provides a variety of essentials and extras. Location is very convenient to public transit or for walking. My partner and I travelled from out of state with our daughter and were able to easily walk to Hamline and Macalester for college visits and prepare meals in the apartment. We were sorry to learn we just missed the Minnesota UFC Loons game up the street. It would have been another easy event to walk to and from while staying with Lynda. Next time we are in town we will definitely try to stay with Lynda in unit Three in the summertime when we can enjoy the patio grill and backyard space!

Had a great stay! Just as listed. Nice touch of complementary waters and chocolate bar. Was perfect for my needs.

We were extremely pleased with staying at Jake & Olivia's place. It was literally down the street from our son's home, and was very tastefully designed and planned with travelers in mind. We had a small problem when we first arrived and they took care of it as soon as they received my text. One small suggestion. While I understand that most of their guests are younger people, for seniors like us safety in the shower is a huge concern. A rubber shower mat and a wall grip handle would go far to alleviate the fear of falling. Both of those items are easily found at Walgreens or CVS and are not expensive. It may also bring in new clients if listed as one of the AirBnB's amenities. Again, thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to be back. Be well.

This was such a unique place to stay, and so clean & comfy!! Susannah was a wonderful host, and went above and beyond to provide amenities like stocked coffee/ tea, toiletries, and amazing books and games. Just a note that if you're over 6'0" it's a bit tight to get through some of the arched doorways and down to the basement for laundry. Definitely would stay here again!

This was a great place for us (two adults and a second grader). The neighborhood was quiet but still close to everywhere we wanted to go in the Twin Cities

Great tiny house. Had everything you need despite the size. Great location with easy routes to Mpls, St. Paul and surrounding suburbs.

The house was great. It met all our needs. The garage parking was perfect for MN winters. The fenced in yard was very nice for the dogs.
