Our daughter's wedding at the nearby St. Paul College Club made this space a perfect place for our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone who is attending a like event there. Comfortable, clean, and stylish.

This place is so cute! It was comfortable and felt homey! It was a quick trip to visit family and it was cold outside so we didn’t get a chance to explore the immediate area but I would definitely stay here again. You do hear footsteps upstairs but they are fully transparent about that. All in all, an excellent value and cozy place to stay!

Amazing stay, felt so cozy and the beds were comfortable. My sisters and I really enjoyed staying at Deb’s place before our flight the next day. We got to meet Deb during our stay she was super friendly and informative. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for next time.

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

I had an extended stay of almost two full months, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat! The space was comfortable, clean, and well curated. The location was ideal, with easy and quick access to major highways. Angela was awesome and very communicative! Parking was right up front for the entirety of my stay. The privacy was perfect. I can’t say enough about my stay and would recommend Angela and her Airbnb over and over again!!

The home was a perfect place for a girls night of relaxation. We spent most, if not all, the time in the hot tub and pool. Kitchen had all we needed. Bed was comfy and dark shades were a plus!

I rented the Bayside retreat for my daughter and I. It was lovely! spacious, clean, all the amenities. My daughter had the bedroom and I took the couch. Probably the most comfortable pull-out couch I've ever slept on. Beautiful bathroom. Very private. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Conrade's! Everything was smooth sailing, from booking to check out. The bed was super cozy and place was sparkling clean. A very cozy AirBnB in a fun neighborhood. Loved being so close to Bde Maka Ska and Black Walnut Bakery!

Very peaceful and comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, etc nearby. The space is very clean and has everything needed, and the hosts are friendly

This airbnb was exactly as pictured. I appreciated amy letting us know the door number prior to arrival as it made getting in extremely easy. We loved our stay!

My girlfriend and our little one was so happy staying here. The host was so kind to have a highchair for us. The snacks were a nice treat and greatly appreciated. Nice TV, couch and streaming setup. We felt right at home. Nice and clean. Responsive host. The small kitchen amenities were not the reason we came but nice for a quick meal.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb and I'm certain they have set the bar very high. Their place is clean, spacious, beautiful, extremely comfortable and felt like being at home. The sheets and comforter were soft and warm, clearly well made. They responded to every message in a short time and in our two in-person interactions were direct and courteous. They clearly take care to make their guests' stay as good as possible, and they succeed. I also appreciate their thorough communication and that their price is more than reasonable given the beauty of the home and neighborhood and the large size of the accommodations.

Exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet space! The walk in did require many doors and stairs but instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would stay again!

Patsy truly thought of everything! The place was beautiful, super clean, and adorable, but there were so many little touches that really put this place at the top of my AirBNB experiences to date. There was great coffee, little creamers, and tons of recommendations for local options. She also had little cute touches like a cupboard under the stairs with kids toys that my daughter would have loved (we'll need to come back!). There are loads of books, some puzzles and games and even office supplies. Patsy was a fantastic host and I could not recommend this place more!

Came to town for a concert weekend and wanted to stay in a different area than our usual spots downtown or the south metro. Easy to find, instructions and info were clear. The place is nice, to be clear it’s a basement of an occupied house. Place was clean and no odd smells or issues others have noted. Host was quick and responsive to a minor issue with the living room TV, which was dead remote batteries. It was well stocked for the two of us, we made ourselves breakfast every day in the kitchenette area. A couple notes I have for others: the ceiling is low, and there is what I believe is a duct that goes lower in the center. I’m 6’6” and had to duck to get into the bathroom or go one side to another. Not a huge deal, but worth noting for others. The bed is a full/double, but was comfortable and worked fine for the two of us. Overall a nice place to stay in the northeast metro area for 1-2 people who want more room than a traditional hotel room. Thanks Eric!

Very cozy and homey. We were in town to visit our son and see a show, so mostly just slept there. A bit chilly, but the supplemental heat from the electric heater helped. Loved the decor! Kevin was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions about parking during the snow emergency.

This was the third time I've stayed here and I'm continually impressed with the thoughtful touches of this space. From the warm bath towel, to the bidet, to the bathroom lights that start out dim and gradually brighten, I constantly impressed with the amenities that make me look forward to staying here during my trips to St. Paul. Those things, combined with the friendliness of Inez (your host), this Air B&B has become my go-to spot when I visit the Cities.
