We had a lovely weekend stay at Simon's gorgeous house. He was extremely accommodating (especially because we were a hen group, albeit not a rowdy one!) and gave clear instructions about check in. The house is really well appointed with everything you could need, and beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Simon let us check in an hour earlier and I also appreciated the midday Sunday check out time.

Absolutely wonderful house to stay in. My children who are 9 and 11 had a wonderful stay in Canterbury, especially as the home was central to so many activities, shops, restaurants, the cinema, a great indoor arcade area, and so much more. The parks were beautiful, the home was warm with everything we needed. Fantastic will stay again

Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

This past week was such a treat! Stewart’s place is so fantastic - the images really don’t do it justice! It is stylish, thoughtful and generous in its design and furnishing. The property gets beautiful light, and is peaceful even though it’s right in the centre of everything. Stewart gave suggestions of things to do and places to go. We will definitely be returning🌟

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Staying at Anna’s place was absolutely wonderful, exactly what we needed. We had our cat with us, and the house was perfect for him. He felt instantly at ease and was fascinated by the many seagulls outside. The home itself is beautifully designed with impeccable taste. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, and we loved admiring the art throughout the space. The bathroom felt practically new - spotless, modern, and beautifully finished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. While we didn’t use the kitchen, everything was well-equipped and as expected. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from a stunning vista overlooking the sea. Lastly, Wendy, who managed the house, was wonderful - super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’re really grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Really good location and nice size rooms. Only downside is the parking but if you can walk the 15 minutes to the station the car park is very reasonable. Good access to back of house to drop off bags

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Had the loveliest stay at Larissa’s place on her gorgeous land. The place was perfect, had everything we needed and was presented amazingly, the garden was beautiful and we made good use of the hot tub. The animals were the cherry on top for us, the little lambs came to see us and we loved Prince Onion the cat whi came and introduced himself ☺️Perfect location as well for our shopping day at Ashford Designer Outlet. I booked to stay at the cottage for my husband's birthday and it didn't disappoint. The communication between myself and Tim & Maite was great. They were always responsive and super helpful. The photos of the house don't do it justice. It’s such a lovely area and although you may see the occasional walker in the distance, you feel like your'e in the middle of nowehere. The hot tub was a great addition to the property, especially since the pool at the house was not available due to it being out of season and super cold, as explained prior to our arrival. We ( and the kids) loved the house, loved the fire, loved the hot tub, loved the games, We played the family edition of Cards Against Humanity and it was just a lovely relaxing family weekend away without computer games - it was bliss. The perfect setting and in my husbands words - it was the perfect find! Thank you so much to Tim and Maite for such a wonderful stay.

Very nice caravan, really tidy, great value. Harts is a decent holiday park but gets crazy busy! The town is pretty scruffy but everyone is really friendly and my kids had a super time.

Great stay, really loved the yurt (and hot tub!). My teenage kids enjoyed it too and meanwhile the snug with the kitchen and home cinema fab. Very pleased as a quirky change to our usual stays! Great location with easy walk into the centre too. Hosts lovely too, very kind and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peacock Mews. The place was warm, clean and comfortable. Being so dog friendly was very important to us and there were many good dog-walking routes on the door step. Guy and Anne Louise were very considerate hosts. Having an actual peacock at the window was a very special treat!

Lovely house. Felt a little strange as it is obviously Alana’s private home. Lovely touches especially the bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Alana

Kay was an excellent hostess. She has thought about everything a guest might need, and managed to fit it in within the limited space, without making it appear cramped. A cosy cabin, tastefully furnished, in a peaceful location with fabulous views. Private, but not remote, shops just a walk away...i might not brave the outside shower in the cold winter weather, but would definitely consider returning in the future.

Lovely stay at this bolthole during a few days away in Broadstairs. The place had everything we needed.

lovely basement flat,warm cosy,and close to all amenities. Perfect for dog walks as park near by and shops also. Such a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and overall felt like a home from home.

Great location. short trips to so many beautiful beaches and bays. house is bigger than expected. down stairs was huge for 2 adults and 3 kids. No walkable shops nearby so take what you need, cafe was good when open. Lovely little village
