Very cosy and picturesque little space. You get a very nice view of mount kinabalu and there are some nice areas for photos. It's nice and clean but it is in the mountains, so do expect to meet some bugs around (but they are pretty much harmless) Do remember to pack some mosquito repellent if you're planning to get up early for sunrise (amazing view) It's a short drive from town where the foods are, but they also just launched a little cafe (The Terrace) very homey and I especially loved their hearty beef noodle soup. Toby and Marsha were great hosts, very welcoming and super friendly.

Stunning Gunung Nungkok view with Gunung Kinabalu just right behind. Kids enjoy the pool but we didn't get to play in the river due to the water too stream cause of the rain. The host provided us karaoke set for entertainment, we spent our night singing. The kitchen is complete with fridge, plates, cups and even stove. So you can bring your own ingredients to cook. Bathroom and toilet is okay, but there's only 1 bathroom equipped with water heater, the water can be very cold at night and in the morning.

The communication with Swa (the owner) is very friendly and smooth. The check in process at Swa’s place is not like other Airbnb we had been before i.e. by using self check in. We were greeted by the house caretaker (Rayna) and she showed us the bedroom, the kitchen and the toilets before she handed us the keys. The house description at the Airbnb is as what we see there. Everything is very good and pleasant. We even enjoyed the DVD movie provided there at night too. Swa’s place also has a porch to park our car at the house compound. Another good thing is that the location of Swa’s place is closed to the attractions such as the Desa Dairy Farm, Sosodikon’s Hill and the Alpaca Club. We can also got to enjoy the view of Gunung Kinabalu from the kitchen and the car porch too 😊

I would say it is like a cabin in a forest experience. The toilet is very well taken care of with bathtub provided to calm myself in a pool of warm water. It was a calming experience away from the bustling city. Love the atmosphere, very refreshing.

Excellent location. Just beside main road. Surrounded by beautiful decorations. 2 cafe within resort area. Food is excellent with big potion. Recommend for all.

The road to this place is further than other hotels. 30 minutes away from Kundasang Town. Not a problem but it is better to plan your journey. Once you are there in your room, you will probably not be keen to drive out again. The best thing is to tour around Kundasang until late noon or evening, then check-in to have a good rest. Personally, I prefer it this way because of the privacy and peace. Not too difficult because one will need to go there by car anyways. Peaceful farm and mountain view - you get exactly what you see in the website. Even the drive to the place is beautiful with green grasses, trees, and agricultural farms. The mini restaurant is crazy good. Above average food. The owner cook themselves. We have fried rice and fried noodles. The flavours of the cooking was spot on. Vegetables were fresh and sweet. I did not expect to find such good cooking in such a remote area.
