We had the absolute best time at the Monkey Tree. It was a great peaceful location, right smack of the middle of everything. Easy to get to a 5 min drive to downtown Palm Springs, and about 30min away from Palm Desert. The pool area was lovely! Nothing but a wonderful stay. Thank you

Perfect place for our needs! It’s a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, nearly each of us got our own bed, and there were two big bathrooms. Very affordable and has tons of amenities! Host was very responsive, thorough, and helpful. Would stay here again!

Perfect location in Palm Springs. Near enough to the downtown hustle and shopping and eating but also close to the Indian Canyons for its trails. Pool got to be a daily ritual watching the sun disappear behind the mountains before going in to make supper in our perfect kitchen. Unit was spacious and provided some outside space that was relatively quiet even if it was next to the unit gate. We loved the time spent in and around this condo.

My husband and I were celebrating his birthday, the owners prepared a small gift basket of wine and goodies, it set the tone for the weekend, which was relaxing, fun and unforgettable. We enjoyed the condo so much, we ate breakfast and had drinks on both patios on a daily basis, just depending on which way the sun was rising or setting. The description of the condo was as stated it was clean, clutter free and had just the right room and overall great amenities. We enjoyed the swimming pool almost every day and met many friendly people who were locals and/or visiting from other parts of the country we were able to share stories and recommendations of food and drink for the evening. Thank you to the owners for providing such a memorable weekend and we mentioned to them we would make Palm Springs a regular stop for us in the springtime from here on out. We'll make sure and rent from them if they have availability next time and recommend them to others planning a visit to Palm Springs.

The space was an excellent homebase for us to swim and enjoy the outdoors. Go exploring to Joshua tree National Park. Visit the thousand homes oasis. And not too far from downtown where we consume more than our fair share of date shakes.

Mark's condo is amazing! The place has everything needed for a great stay, including supplies in the pantry, welcome snacks, and even comfy towels for the hot tub that is just around the corner. The back deck, connected to the living room, overlooks a beautiful pond that is frequented by ducks and geese. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Definitely hope to stay again on future trips to the area. Thank you Mark.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in the condo at Canyon Shores. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a nice little shaded patio overlooking one of the many water features through the complex. There was also a charcoal grille outside. There is a master suite on each of the two levels with the bunk bedroom upstairs. The condo was very roomy. It was a very quiet complex during our stay. We had the pool (#4) pretty much to ourselves everyday. All pools are heated. Everyone we saw out and about in the complex were nice. Our daughter loved using the fitness center and had it all to herself each day. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It’s great value for a 3 bed 3 bath.

We certainly enjoyed our week here! The 2 outdoor main floor spaces are lovely surrounded by professionally maintained landscaping and we used them both each day. The swimming pool, hot tub and grounds were immaculate. The indoor space was exactly as depicted in the online media. The fully stocked kitchen made it a breeze to eat in several meals and was equipped with more than we could ever imagine needing. The bathrooms had plenty of linens. The en-suite steam shower was amazing. We were glad to have a full size washer and dryer. I was able to work efficiently remotely in the home office area. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and we met new friends in the complex who were quite welcoming too so what more could one ask for? The walkability is supreme as we enjoyed daily walks to Townies for coffee and breakfast Items while loving the adjacent antique stores on the same block with other offerings, just a short 10 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. Book it!

We were in the desert for a wedding with our son and daughter in law. Dan and Whitney’s place was perfect for two couples! The two bedrooms and bathrooms were on opposite sides of the living space giving plenty of privacy. We spent most of our time out and about enjoying the beautiful grounds and eating at local restaurants. The one hiccup we had was due to user error ( hot water in shower) but Dan and Whitney got right back and sent help immediately! There is a PAC Man game in the living room that my son had lots of fun with also. We would recommend staying in Whitney and Dan’s place in La Quinta Villas if your travels take you there.

Our stay at Endless Sky cottage in Desert Hot Springs was 100% terrific - A+. A lovely place to spend our anniversary. We were happy to be out further from town - in the desert. Jason and Ramona have all that you need in the cottage. I was easily able to prepare meals there - we had all kitchen tools needed. There was one that I could not find but I knew it had to be there. And it was - scissors. Right in front of my face. The bed and bedding perfect and the bathrooms were terrific. Lastly - the cottage has a wonderful screened porch that leads to a small deck with two rocking chairs which lead down to the very special yard. Found fruit trees - grapefruit, lemon and my favorite, figs. Our weather was very chilly and windy so we were unable to use the outdoor fire pit or barbeque. We did take walks around the community. We absolutely loved our stay at this home. We have stayed at many mid century homes in Palm Springs and this one was close to perfection. Incredible location with mountain views, backing onto the golf course located in a quiet and peaceful area. The pool area with sun lounges was a dream, so pristine and stunning. The mature citrus trees and entire garden were so tranquil. What's better than an outdoor shower with views of the mountains and palms as hummingbirds buzz by? The breakfast nook is so mid mod chic and cool, whilst breakfast outside under the citrus trees listening to nature was so peaceful. The mid century lighting / floor / table lamps were so cool too. Loved the master suite with stunning garden views and automatic blinds. The bathrooms have lovely courtyard garden outlooks. Every aspect was perfect - which means a lot as we are very fussy when it comes to accommodation. The perfect stay before we checked into our Villa at the Parker for the rest of our PS vacation.

We had a wonderful day at Josh’s beautiful home! The house was spotless and very spacious perfect for a large family. There are two rooms with king size beds, one queen and two sets of bunkbeds, which made it super comfortable for everyone. That heated pool and Jacuzzi were a huge hit and the steam sign was absolutely amazing so relaxing and therapeutic! Josh was incredibly responsive; I messaged him quite a bit on the first day, and he always replied within 30 minutes. Great communication! Everything was perfect! You will love this place! Highly recommend!!!

I have a big family 5 adult children and 3 little ones. This home was perfect and beautiful inside and out. Beds were so comfortable. Each room had own restroom and shower. Having a big family, someone’s always waiting for the restroom, but not the case in this home. Each room has its own entrance so great privacy. Home was definitely flawless. So much space. I forgot pots I was suppose to take for the trip just incase I needed some,but they literally had everything we needed.All we had to do was Purchase food to cook. My husband and I have are our catering business, and this kitchen was exquisite. So much detail. Very quiet area and host was so helpful and awesome communication. Great for a weekend getaway. Will definitely look forward to booking again. Highly recommend

A group of 8 of us had a wonderful stay at this house! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. They allowed us an early check in, left some welcome gifts, helped us figure out how the fire pits worked etc etc etc Would absolutely stay here again!

There were some cleanliness issues, but overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The weather was too hot to do anything outside, but I had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa. The house was cool and spacious, so I had a great time without any shortcomings, and I would like to go back again if I have another chance.

Beautiful home with great kitchen, bathrooms and beds. The sweet pool and patio overlooking the lake was full of comfortable loungers that got a lot of use too. Perfect place to use as a base during Indian Wells tennis tournament. All ages gave this a thumbs up!!!

A beautiful place in a great setting. Dr. Craig was super responsive. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable and just steps away from the nearest pool and hot tub. A really nice spot for a family vacation.
