Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and Loreni was welcoming and helpful. Everything was just as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time. We'd happily stay again!

Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

had a wonderful stay at Clara's poolhouse. place has everything you need, for a one or two person stay. its a great neighborhood with a lot of cool stuff to do nearby, i didnt get a chance to use the pool, but i we had some sunny days, and just vibing on a chase lounge was nice enough. would stay again

Fantastic place and just as great hosts. Family had so much fun in and outside the property. The ping pong table was an unexpected feature that really amplied the fun. Would come back again!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

We come back to this property every single winter. Absolutely love it, the location, neighborhood, restaurants, the whole package. Hosts are amazing. We travel a lot and this is by far our favourite location we have ever stayed at. Can't wait for our next visit!

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

Central location great for Disney and the beaches.

I would absolutely recommend staying in Stacy’s guest house! The guest house is clean, spacious, and fully equipped with kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer, shower toiletries, and anything you may need. The area was fairly quiet yet conveniently located near the airport and stadium. We felt safe, comfortable, and had lots of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Charming place with actually more space than I expected. The opposite end bedrooms worked out well and the yard was perfect for our dog. Quiet time in house rules 9pm - 9am however there is a newer food/bar place just around the corner that is fairly loud past 9pm that makes street parking difficult on the weekend. The house has no parking but street so if you didn’t keep a car out front, it was hard to park if the eatery was crowded. All in all we were happy with it. Communication is excellent and quick. I would stay again. I live in north county and had to be out of my home for a tent fumigation so this was perfect since I have a dog. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Cell coverage is very weak in this area.

Had a great stay with my family of 5! Great location, private, safe. Easy to get to Disneyland from property. Beautiful backyard space - though didn't stay long to enjoy it (there's a grill and firepit). Would stay again!

This place is good to stay with family and dog. It’s quiet, peaceful and family friendly. The host is good with communication and very responsive. I would recommend this place.
