Our group of 6 adults absolutely loved staying here over Christmas week while visiting family in the area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The area is very safe and you can't beat a lake view, even in winter. We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated there was lots of space to cook and store food. There were quite a few things to clean before heading out, but we spread it out over the night before we left and morning of, no big deal since we had lots of helpers. We played a couple rounds of cornhole in the garage, which was so fun! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place. Very clean! Matthew was super helpful and got us batteries right away for smoke detectors that started chirping early in the morning. Great host!

Great weekend with girlfriends. We rented a sauna that was delivered to the property and we enjoyed going between the hot tub and sauna during 20 degree weather. The house itself is nice with plenty of space for all of us. It's in the middle of a neighborhood, but has it's own private driveway, so it felt isolated in the middle of a neighborhood. We had a great time!

This Airbnb was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. It had everything we needed for our trip, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The host was communicative and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

Lynnell’s home was immaculate, each bathroom had its own towels and amenities. There’s a large basement with a great sectional, perfect for playing video games or watching a family movie. Every light switch has a label which I appreciated, as the house is quite large with many lights etc… The table is sturdy plus the large square island made it easy to serve and feed my large family of 6 kids. She’s quick to respond and easy to work with for early and late check-ins. We would definitely stay here again! Cathie and Larry

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.
