Fantastic spot! No better place to relax. Anna was a great host and we loved staying in this cozy spot.

The house was extremely cozy and comfortable. The sauna is definitely a plus! The hot tub had an issue and Hannes immediately offered us an extra night for free. He was very responsive and friendly. The gaming room is way more fun than it looks at first glance, and the price is totally worth it for what it offers.

What a find!! This place was perfect for our trip to Iceland. The pictures don’t do it justice. A haven from the cold and windy weather we had for our trip. I can confirm the house can withstand 60mph winds! My favourite thing was the big window view, it was so relaxing to look out onto the landscape - unfortunately we didn’t get to see any northern lights but it would be a spectacular view as and when they do appear. The accommodation had everything we needed. It was clean, cosy and warm. We truly loved staying here.

This was a lovely stay in quiet surroundings. Nestled in a grove of trees with a few other houses. We watched the northern lights from the jacuzzi on the deck. The house is very well equipped for cooking and comfort. Lots of space, everything you would need. About 15 minutes to a grocery, nice local crafts, lava museum and a great ice cream store. Close to the ferry to Westman Islands, which you can see from the house surrounds. Within an hour of great geological features and folk museum. We had just finished the Ring Road, staying in five other Airbnb’s along the way and this house ranked at the very top.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben nur noch schöner. Die Lage der Wohnung war toll und man kann von dort viele Ausflüge machen. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Betten waren super und der Pool außen war ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert. Toll war, dass wir von einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt zur Wohnung gebracht wurden, da sie nicht ganz einfach zu finden ist. Am Abend konnten wir aufgrund der Lage tolle Polarlichter sehen. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieses schöne Haus fahren! Danke!

Excellent accommodation with everything you'll need for your stay. Very clean and well equipped. Great place to see the northern lights and explore the south of Iceland. We only stayed a couple of nights but would stay again if we were in that part of Iceland again. Loads to see from Hella but don't expect a lively social scene!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Stefansson qui est toujours réactif à nos questions. Le Chalet isolé mais pas trop puisque proche de tous commerces. La vue et le calme sont un atout incroyable. Proche de pleins de sites de visites Nous avons été conquis par L’Islande et ses paysages incroyables mais le Chalet a contribué à rendre notre séjour au top Merci

Die Blockhütte ist super ausgestattet. Für Selbstversorger gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt. Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze und mehr liegen ebenfalls bereit. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gibt es zahlreiche Spielsachen in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer. Auch im Bad ist alles top. Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen hochwertigen Fernseher und einen kleinen Esstisch mit vier Sitzplätzen. Das Haus haben wir blitzsauber angetroffen.
