Victoria’s place is a great find! It’s extremely clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, private, and stocked with everything you could ever need! The kitchen is updated and has really nice appliances. Victoria included a nice guide to restaurants in the area. All in all, we had an amazing long weekend in Rangeley going to both Sugarloaf and Saddleback. If you’re looking for a place to stay to enjoy some winter fun, this is the place!

My wife and I spent our first year anniversary in this wonderful home. We had a great time enjoying the fall colors and over looking the beautiful pond, especially in the morning as the fog broke. Within 15 minutes there were several grocery shopping options, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect balance of being in a quiet setting but having amenities nearby. Would recommend and hope to go back next autumn!

Wow! What an awesome stay at Erin’s perfect cozy cabin. My best friend and I stayed here for a ski trip which was extremely close to Sunday River ( 15 mins ) We had the best time enjoying the hot tub then going inside to sit by the warm, calming, crackling fire. This place is affordable, clean, and has such a good feel to it. Highly recommend!! 10/10

Steven and Kristen's home was so peaceful and quiet and, yet, still close to restaurants, BOWLING (++), stores, and tons of winter activities. It was the perfect winter getaway with all the "tools" needed for an ideal, pleasant stay. Steven was always quick to respond and very helpful with our stay. Highly Recommended!!

Beautiful home! Very clean with all the perfect touches! The hot tub was amazing after a day of riding. They provided a clear map of how to access the trails and thought out instructions. Will definitely book again 🤍

My husband and I rented this place for our wedding venue. Kim was great at communicating what was needed for us to use her place as a venue. The location was absolutely stunning! The home was clean and easy to check in. A few things that need to be more clear is the sleeping arrangements. There are only 3 bedrooms. The rest of the sleeping areas are pull out beds in common areas. It can sleep many people but they all have to sleep in the downstairs together. For this reason, it was a little pricey. We don’t regret renting this place for our venue and are grateful for Kim letting us check in early. Kim was a great host!

Gail's cottage was a true gem of a find! She and Salinan, her co-manager, were excellent communicators and always answered our questions quickly. The cottage is extremely comfortable, well-kitted out with EVERYTHING one could need for a comfortable stay, and located in a cute cottage community that is directly on Flagstaff Lake. We loved walking down to the shared beach and sitting in the sun each day for a bit, where the view of the mountains is spectacular. We would have taken out the kayaks and used the outdoor fire pit but we were busy hiking locally each day...we'll get to that next time because we already plan to visit again next fall. This would be a great summer vacation spot, too! All in all, a terrific week thanks to beautiful and cozy accommodations (the beds are soooo comfy), fantastic scenery in the neighborhood, great local hiking and sporting activities (my husband bird hunts and he said it was "bird hunting paradise"), and great hosts.

calm,clean, comfortable,cozy and full of wonderful decor, collectibles from around the world. every room and walls had something interesting to see. I don't want to leave out the great pond area with kayaks, fire pit supplied with wood. Great swimming and moon watching hilighted by the ghostly loons at dusk. highly recommend.

It’s a lovely place to stay in a very peaceful beautiful location. The amenities were great including a well supplied kitchen and necessary tools for outdoor gas grill and also firewood for the outdoor fire pit (including metal s’mores skewers and Binh was kind enough to also leave s’mores supplies!). It is near several other towns with a nearby Hannaford’s and close proximity to lovely hikes. It was a bit difficult to find the first day as the entrance to the camp was a bit difficult to find (especially as we arrived after dark!) however, Binh was very responsive. Would recommend!

Kelly was very fast in responding to our questions! The cabin was perfect for the rainy weekend that we had! The kayaks were a hit with the kids!

We had an excellent stay at Sherri’s place. The house was nicely located near the town of Stratton and sugarloaf. The house also offered excellent privacy for a weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the cottage. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature and offering stunning sunset views of the pond along with kayaks to go out and enjoy! The cottage itself was cozy and clean and we felt at home! Darlene was welcoming and attentive ensuring everything was just right for our stay! I highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful stay! It was a bit chilly so we were able to enjoy the fire pit outdoors with the wood that was provided! I can’t wait to return and stay longer! We can clearly see why this cottage has so many positive reviews!!

Loons Rest was the perfect get away spot for our 40th anniversary. We were lucky to enjoy the swimming dock in mid September as the daytime temperatures were in the upper 70's to low 80's. The lake was pristine and was warm enough for swimming still. We enjoyed watching and hearing the loons as well as the eagles and kingfishers. We loved the outdoor fire pit when the evenings turned cool as well as the indoor fireplace which is a work of art! Also the was plenty of well seasoned firewood. Everything about this place is very well thought out. If they don't have it you don't need it! The kitchen was well equipped and we were happy to find that there was everything we needed to prepare pizzas to cook on our solo stove pizza oven that we had brought along! John is a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend Loons Rest to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot to vacation.

With our already high expectations for this house, the space totally exceeded our expectations! The house was neat and tidy, the kitchen/living space every bit as spacious and open as the photos, and the basement pool/entertainment room made for a super fun environment! We'll definitely be back to enjoy the lake views from the hottub and the cozy space!

Cottage was updated and very clean. Very quiet and relaxing location. Hosts communicated effectively but not excessively. I would highly recommend the cottage and the hosts. John R

This was a wonderful peaceful escape. My family had a great time fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming. The loons were amazing! We even saw a moose come down to the pond. It was an incredible experience and getaway!!! Thank you Jonathan!!!

Perfect rental for a group ski weekend. Loved the hot tub, pool table, and game room!

This cabin was all we wished for. We wanted to get away with our two teen agers and just have a peaceful time with them. The house was better than described. We will come back for sure!! The Host was always available for any doubts or recommendations!

Great spot near Mt blue pond. Has mostly everything you need at the shack. I would have packed lighter if I knew it was fully stocked. But it’s good to know for next time. There are neighbors on one side divided by a huge fence. Shack was cozy, clean and peaceful. It was so nice of Alexandra to let us use the kayak! It was awesome! Kids had a blast!

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

We cozied in for a couple of days, highlights were playing board games and the hot tub on the deck. Pretty pond just steps away. The heart of the cabin is the back deck.
