We had a great time at this lovely secluded home. The living area was really spacious and the kitchen was amazing and well equipped for cooking and serving a diverse range of meals - an entertainers delight. We will certainly look to rebooking in the future. Dawn even found a little bunny that one of the girls left behind and kindly got it safely home.

This is a great house to stay in - spacious, comfortable, and clean - with plenty of sun and beautiful views. Jess was an excellent host and we’d love to stay again if we are back in Whanganui.

Loved the house and location... views spectacular. great place for a large group... there were twelve of us and did not feel crowded. close to town and the markets. Better than we expected. Will recommend it to friends and family traveling to Whanganui.

This house was perfect for our family group of 9 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, and it was great having two full bathrooms. The fire and some heaters kept us warm at night.

Great host, place was lovely, interesting decor really well designe with a quirky feel. Bathroom was stunning. Jude went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The fact that we could take the dog was so good.

Like Philippa stated when villa finishes renovation it definitely looks grand and posh. But still loved interiors tastefully decorated furniture and personal touches. All of us enjoyed something different than normal air b&b experience. Thanks

Went visit family member new to the area. We all had a lovely dinner at the Irish pub, looked around the shops between there and Bulls. lovely quiet home, with comfy beds, and excellent kitchen. would stay again.

Grant and beccy were extremely helpful in sorting out a misunderstanding on my behalf and coming up with a solution to suit both parties. very positive attitude and was very easy to talk to. Definitely would stay at there place , great location

A wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The activities, including pony rides, are great fun, and the kid absolutely love them

Thank you Pip! My mum and I had a great stay in your beautiful yurts. Loved the very peaceful setting, simple, and has everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom are great, with ample space and well appointed. Also very much appreciated the fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge. And the yurt! Beautiful design and loved the colours and textures of the furnishings. Was pretty hot on entry - 3pm on a hot summer's day - but with the aircon and rolling up the external plastic blind it soon cooled down. And you could sleep with a light breeze flowing through. Just beautiful. Even through the other 2 yurts were booked, we were totally private, with trees surrounding us and couldn't hear anything. A short drive to the beach for swims and walks and the local fish and chip shop is gold - busy and delicious!

My motorcycle got cancelled on me so Plan B came into effect. This property is exactly what I needed after I rode my motorcycle to Palmerston North. Great Host, lovely garden with your own reading/coffee nook. The room had everything you needed with a lovely selection of tea/coffee beverages, snacks that I truly appreciated after my ride. I felt at home and I was completely relaxed feet up and enjoyed the company of the dogs and chooks. Thanks team I would definitely rebook.

We stayed 2 days at Rud and Danni‘s place and we could have stayed easily longer. The nice cozy house has everything what you need for a short or longer stay. It is spacious and has a nice woodstove. The house itself is 100years old, and this you can see. I find it very charming and authentic. Next to the house is the nice mangewhero forrest walk. I can definitely recommend a stay at their place.

Fabulous home in a secluded setting. Ideal for a family gathering - excellent kitchen with a table perfect for sitting around at meals & playing cards/boardgames. Bathroom was wonderful and even the person most nervous about the inside/outside bathroom just loved it. We all felt relaxed & right at home in this gorgeous log cabin. Excellent comfy beds with beautiful views out every window.

got to spend a couple of nights here for our Tongariro Alpine Crossing hike! Great location, just a few minutes away for restaurants but yet peaceful and quiet. The spa was very nice after the long hike!
