I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Caterina was an excellent host. Our arrival was delayed by several hours and we arrived much later than arranged. We kept Caterina informed by texting; she replied immediately and met us outside the apartment without any complaint and was very hospitable. There is no noise in the apartment! An old stone building with thick walls and windows/doors open to a delightful courtyard. To be in the centre of Firenze in such an oasis of calm and quiet was a luxury. The apartment is as shown in the photos. An efficient power shower in the bathroom which is ensuite to the delightful main large bedroom. I like a hard rather than soft bed but this one was on the hard end of hard for me, but we are all different. You can walk easily to all the main museums etc. If you want to take a bus, stops are within 50 yards of the apartment and you pay by just swiping a credit card as you board - so easy.

On ne peut rêver mieux avec la vue sur la Chapelle Medicis et le Duomo ! J'ai apprécié d'être à 2 pas des monuments et de pouvoir rentrer aisément le midi entre 2 visites pour manger assis ma Foccacia. Il y a d'excellentes Trattoria à 2 pas et même la librairie française. c'est le quartier des antiquaires. Assez calme la nuit. Alberto est un hôte accueillant, prévenant et m'a demandé en cours de séjour si tout allait bien ce qui a permis de m'apprendre qu'il fallait utiliser un adaptateur pour les appareils ménager. la cuisine est là pour cuire des pâtes au cas-où.

The accommodation was very comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed, and situated in such a great location. The check-in time was flexible with clear instructions, and the host was very helpful and responded quickly.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Salvatore is very accommodating and kind. Everything went well. Will book again when I am in Florence.

El lugar es ASOMBROSO! Lo amamos con locura, es tranquilo, es callado, lo más ideal para pasar unos ideas relax. El lugar es exactamente como se muestra, pero Bruno, el host del lugar es lo más top de la experiencia sin duda, es un hombre muy amable y muy servicial, siempre pendiente, te hace sentir como parte de su familia. Desayunamos croissants y capuchino con una vista asombrosa y con un amiguito que nos visitó 🐈‍⬛. Definitivamente necesitas un coche para llegar, eso sí, pero está muy cerca de San Gimignano. Es un lugar inolvidable, y Paolo, el dueño es súper amable y nos dio mil recomendaciones sobre que hacer en nuestros días ahí. Gracias a ambos por todo!!! De verdad, de los mejores lugares en los que me he quedado en todo el mundo, la vista vale cada euro. ¡Esperamos con ansias volver algún día!

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Increíble el departamento de Marco y Beatrice, super moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin preocupaciones en Siena, respondían siempre las dudas super rápido, y el check in fue simple y rápido. El único punto en contra que le pudimos encontrar fue que la calefacción la controlaban ellos, uno tenía que solicitar que la encendieran y la apagaban en la mañana cuando ellos querían y con el frío de la mañana igual estaba helado el departamento y no teníamos cómo controlar la temperatura, pero el resto increíble.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

Absolutely fantastic location… just walk down a street in any direction and you’ll find incredible food, shops, and gelato within a few blocks. If you open the windows in the evening, you might even hear the sound of cello performers or opera singers in the square at the end of the street. It’s truly an idyllic neighborhood. Our host was incredibly proactive and a great communicator. A++ I wish the internet was a bit faster, but that’s Italy… and let’s be honest, this is not a place you come to work remote… It’s a place you come to explore and find serendipitous experiences you could never plan for. If you do need to get some remote work done, I recommend stopping by The Social Hub, which is a 20 minute walk away and a really cool co-working space. All in all… location location location! That’s what matters, and this Airbnb nails it.

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Toskana. Vom eigenen Gartenabschnitt aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Siena und die tolle Landschaft. Abends kann man dort auch schön den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein genießen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles Nötige, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Our stay in Florence was incredible thanks to Max’s hospitality. The property was very secure, walkable to all of Florence’s beautiful surroundings. Near a park, which was perfect for my children. He included great local recommendations, offered to arrange car services, and even included some wonderful family history with our checkin. The space is gorgeous and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again and again!

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
