We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Thank you Gabriela and Leonardo!!!

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Eddy was a great host. Met us at checkin and gave great recommendations about restaurants and things to do. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples and we would definitely stay there again!

Stefano’s apartment is, simply, the best location in Florence. Literally, within steps of everything. Stefano is an outstanding host. He communicates proactively and takes care of everything. He also has a great team supporting him, so if there is a problem anywhere, it gets taken care of fast. My wife and I stayed in Stefano’s apartment for the months of February and March and could not have been more comfortable or been better taken care of. The apartment is on the top (4th) floor with great views, so the elevator is a welcome amenity. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were great and the living room was spacious. I highly recommend Stefano’s apartment to anyone who wants to have an easy and convenient stay in Florence.

Oh Simone! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florence! Your home honestly made our stay so great! The space, the layout, the authenticity of furnishings, the location, we couldn’t fault it at all. The kids were so sad to leave your home and it felt so special to stay there. Despite the stairs, which our kids (4 + 2yrs old) loved conquering everyday, we would be back in a heartbeat. We super appreciate the quality of the home and appliances and the blackout shutters were super helpful with two little ones who needed good sleep. We’ll definitely be back one day! Xoxo

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

Difficult to explain the chemistry of this place and the 24/7 support that Amanda provides. If you are looking for the perfect Tuscan retreat then look no further.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Our family, including our two small children, had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Montalcino. Without a doubt, it's the best Airbnb we've ever experienced! The home is tastefully renovated, offering modern comforts while maintaining its classic charm. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely during our stay. The villa is spacious with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax. We had the pleasure of taking a private cooking class with Chef Giacamo in the villa's kitchen, which was an unforgettable experience. It was breathtaking to cook with fresh, local ingredients while gazing out at the rolling hills. The wine cellar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the entire home was top-notch. Brian, the owner, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, helping us make the most of our time in the area. Thank you!

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

Our family recently stayed at this property. It was exactly as described; very clean, modern and large with a dedicated workspace. An extra bonus was a dryer as many rentals have washing machines but no dryers. The location is in a residential area across the street from a park and the river. It is 15-20mins walk from the city centre but worth it to be in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes. We walked to town each day no problem. The check in process was simple and the hosts were very responsive. All in all we had a great experience here and would recommend staying.

What can I say. This was a great Air BNB for our first stay in Rome. It is literally 50 feet from the Trevi Fountain. We could hear the crowd yelling each night at times .....BUT that just meant that someone had just gotten engaged. I didn't mind. It was nice to be right there to see the fountain at day and night and if you wanted solo picture opps you could definitely have to fountain to yourself in the wee hours of the a.m. The hosts were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us get our luggage in. They ere also very responsible to anything we had questions on. The host was also gracious enough to let us leave out luggage there until 7:30 p.m. We had booked an early a.m. tour and out didn't get back until 7:30 at night. Great place and highly recommend if you like to be in the middle of everything!!!

O apartamento é amplo e muito bom como na descrição. Os móveis são novos e com qualidade. A água do banheiro bastante quente. A localização está uns 20 minutos de caminhada do Duomo e outras atrações. Recomendo

Ilaria was a fantastic host. Not only was her place pristine and beautiful, but it was walking distance to all of the main stops in Florence. The space was so nice, the bathroom seemed brand new. It was spacious and clean. Ilaria was super responsive and kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much Ilaria! This space was definitely worth it!

We had a great time in Florence. This location is perfectly placed in the middle of town - near Duomo and pretty much any activity. Florence is very easy to walk through. We read the reviews and some people said it was loud - they were correct. It's a busy street so you have to be ok with the noises through the night but you also get a great location. The place was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids) because it had 1 king and 2 single beds. The bathrooms worked great - no water issues at all. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence that wants to stay close to everything. Mara was very responsive. The house was clean and organized.

This Airbnb was fabulous. Large, with tons of space and well decorated. It was a bit far from down town but the great price reflects that. We ran into some issues with the water heater while we stayed there leading to some cold showers, but the host was quick to respond and offered to come and fix it. Overall great experience and an amazing place to stay.
