Sharon’s communication was excellent. We appreciated the clean property with all the amenities we needed, plus some. Just a couple of blocks to the Metro & The Roost.

This was our fourth visit to the Atoka House and the stay was—once again—absolutely wonderful. The home is a perfect combination of luxurious and comfortable, historic and modern, and peaceful and convenient. Nick and Liz are fantastic hosts—friendly, proactive, communicative, and welcoming. Atoka House is about five minutes to downtown Middleburg and very close to hiking, vineyards, and all of the fun and adventure of Virginia horse country. We would recommend the Atoka House without hesitation and very much look forward to our fifth stay there!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The clean beds and linens, along with the well-equipped kitchen utensils, truly brightened our experience. Thank you so much! Points of Concern: Due to construction on the Purple Line, the road in front of the house turned into a gravel path, which became muddy on rainy days. Additionally, the noise from construction early in the morning was somewhat noticeable. We stayed on the ground floor, and at times, we could hear voices from the basement occupants late at night. It felt like further soundproofing measures might be needed.

The house and backyard are beautiful. The open floor plan on the main floor worked out perfect for our family. The large kitchen made cooking enjoyable! The house is neat, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting downtown Annapolis. We'd definitely rent it again.

The place was perfect for the first couple nights of our honeymoon. Super close to the quaint town of Farmville. The surrounding area was peaceful, serene, and private despite being near a road. The inside was cozy and the perfect size for my bride and I. Kay was very friendly and responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House!

We had an awesome stay here—it totally exceeded our expectations! My friends and I were driving big pickup trucks, and the front driveway had plenty of space for all our vehicles plus one more, which was a huge plus. Right when we walked in, we could smell how clean everything was. The place was spotless! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the host went above and beyond by leaving us mini water bottles, orange juice, milk, coffee, and sugar. It was such a thoughtful touch! The bedrooms were super spacious, and we felt spoiled having our own showers. Each shower even had its own set of toiletries, which was really convenient. The location was great, and while the train at night was a bit loud, the host had earplugs available. I used them and had no trouble sleeping. Overall, this place really felt like home. Reggie’s place is wonderful. The upstairs beds are very comfy, especially the master. It was great for our family - nice kitchen and great amount of space. We’d love to stay again!

What an adorable place! Tastefully decorated and quiet. The place was spotless and it was obviously cleaned hours before we arrived. The mattress and pillows are amazing. I slept so soundly every night. We received text messages every day to make sure our stay was going well and ask if we needed anything. They even sent messages the night before street cleaning to ensure we parked on the correct side of the street. I appreciated that since we were busy sightseeing and would not have remembered to move our car. I would definitely recommend this host and if I am in another city where they are hosting they would be my first choice. Thank you for a great experience!

This house met more than our expectations. The hosts were friendly and very quick to respond. The house was extremely clean and organized. It was perfect. We felt safe with our children. Plenty of space for us all. Anytime we visit DC, we will book our stay here! 10/10 recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Emi's place and all the reviews we'd read are true and accurate. A very quiet, peaceful, safe and convenient neighborhood and a spacious basement unit with all the reasonable amenities and a few special touches as well. Emi is responsive, polite, friendly and attentive; overall a great host for us to have. Thank you again Emi and we'll stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Easy to check in, clean, and comfortable stay for my dogs, myself, and my spouse. Walkable neighborhood. Place had all we needed. Parking was available close by via spothero, but only 2 hour parking on the street.

Great Value. Fantastic location. The location is so good for DC sightseeing. The Capitol building, Supreme Court Botanical Gardens, etc, are all within easy walking distance. Capitol South metro station is a block away for easy access to other sites. Great attention to detail as little things were taken care of. They left several breakfast items, snacks, and beverages that were included. Had cordless chargers, guidebooks, and a decently stocked kitchen.The towels and bedding were great, with plenty of extra blankets. Owners put together a multipage map/ what to do in the area guide that was fantastic. Great communication, easy to work with. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear walking, etc, from upstairs, but it was not an issue at all for us, just a possibility for anyone super sensitive. The only downside was that there was not a dishwasher but not a big deal. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's place. The space was very clean, cozy, warm, and inviting. We felt right at home. We appreciated all the treats and amenities. The neighborhood beautiful and the location fit our needs just right.

Rebecca was incredibly welcoming and gracious at every step of my trip. The apartment was delightful and she went the extra mile to make me feel right at home. The neighborhood lovely and the apartment is an easy walk to the M Street Metro so it really makes all of DC is easily accessible. Rebecca introduced me to the O Museum in the Mansion - if you go, make sure that you stop by! I'll definitely return!

Such a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful and so relaxing. Morning coffee in the bay window was such a perfect way to start the day. Breakfast was incredible! Vania created a beautiful, thoughtful breakfast - better than any you'd find in a restaurant. I especially loved the little biscuits and the dressed veggies accompanying the eggs. Both Bruce and Vania are such kind, welcoming folks who made sure I felt at ease, had plenty of privacy, and had everything I needed.

Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in Rick and John’s lovely home. From the moment we got into town they were so helpful and friendly- walked us through the house and showed us all of the rooms and amenities and introduced us to their sweet pups. The room we stayed in was so clean, cute and comfortable and they were very generous with sharing coffee, breakfast items, wine, drinks and snacks….we appreciated so much how hard they work to make their guests feel welcome. The neighborhood was just lovely, their yard (and many others) were filled with spring flowers and was walking distance from so many great restaurants and parks. So many personal touches…we woke to a sweet note inviting us to enjoy breakfast and another welcoming us to their home, and little Shelby and Scout were just so darn cute. A short drive brought us into the city and another to Mt Vernon…we had a lovely trip overall and hope to stay with them again next time we head to the DC area.

Marsha and Odin are absolutely wonderful hosts! And the Cozy Cottage is just lovely. It is the perfect location for anyone going to an event at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Thank you, Marsha, for your gracious hospitality! I very much enjoyed chatting with you! And I love Odin soooo much! I’m not sure if he was supposed to have it, but I found it so endearing when he brought a shoe over to show me 🥰😂 I will absolutely check for availability here for my next trip to Annapolis!

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my maternity photoshoot! The space was spotless and radiated such positive energy—it felt like it was made for creating beautiful memories. It had everything I envisioned and more. Lindy, the host, was fantastic—kind and attentive to every detail. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming space with amazing vibes, this is the one.

Gary was a great host! Loved the location of the Airbnb. A quick lyft, subway or walk to most places you would want to go to in DC. The room had plenty of space and there is a bathroom in the room which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again Gary, looking forward to visiting again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at the Aldrich House! Communication was excellent and the room was very clean and spacious. Great location for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again.
