We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff and the pools are fun for younger kids. Jamestown beach about a 20 min drive, (river not the ocean) is especially nice, warm water and lots of sand.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Carrie's. The location was GREAT as the walk to downtown Fredericksburg was so close! It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

We took my parents on their first to DC. It was also their first time staying at an Air B&B. The 3 floor (including rooftop patio) penthouse was beautiful and the view was amazing! You can see the Capitol and the Washington Monument from the picture windows and the view is even more spectacular from the rooftop. Rayna was very helpful and communicative, giving us tips on good places to see the Cherry Blossoms and find nice restaurants. NoMa Gallumet Metro station was within walking (or bus) distance for us, but not for my parents (in their 80s), but it was within easy Uber distance. Parking around the back of the building was easy and off street. I loved the modern layout of the penthouse. It is a 3 story walk up. Then, once inside, the bedroom suite, kitchen, dining area, and living room are on the main floor with another bedroom suite (glam bathroom) on the lower floor. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay and would definitely seek to stay here again.

Allans place is a 10/10 stay in the Shaw DC area. Clean and comfortable, the host was always responsive and understanding with everything I asked him. The parking is also very convenient and accessible if you have a vehicle. Easy to understand lock and spacious apartment indeed. Very pleased!

The photos are mirror images of the condo. The kitchen and bath are amply supplied with all the items needed, even to prepare meals if you choose. Accessibility features are a bonus when traveling with an individual with mobility issues. Locally, Portside Seafood was a welcome surprise with a delicious menu. I picked this place because of all the amenities it has to offer to keep my family entertained. The level of service exceeded my expectations from the check in and check out. There is so much to do just in the property it self that we cooked all our meals at the condo by shopping at local grocery stores. The place is so spacious and it really felt at home! The property is gorgeous! I had 5 children and 2 adults and not once did I feel like we were crammed or stepping over each other. There was so much room! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the in unit laundry. The outdoor pool is amazing and so peaceful! There is plenty to do and the PERFECT place to get some relaxation and quality family time. Beyond happy with my stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Reagan's place. Reagan was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment is in a great location with an assigned garage parking space. The apartment was very clean; had great closet space; and easy access to the building and apt. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Richmond.
