Rich & Yumiko provided an ideal backdrop for our family get together. The outdoor spaces were serene, tranquil, and well appointed with plenty of props for activities. The inside spaces were fully equipped with the most comfortable & pampering amenities. The house was beautifully decorated. The many details - often overlooked in rentals - were the highlight of the home. Thank you, Rich & Yumiko! Your attention to detail, thoughtfulness and creativity was very much appreciated! We hope to return.

The Lake Lodge was the perfect escape for a weekend with my husband. We roasted hotdogs on the fire, relaxed in the hot tub, and had a fun game of headbandz. This house is extremely kid friendly, so while we do not have children ourselves, we will definitely be returning for a group trip with friends and family who do have small children. I would recommend this for anyone, couples, families, friends to take this opportunity to enjoy all the beautiful Lake Anna area has to offer.

Incredibly peaceful and comfortable. looking forward to returning in warmer weather and for a longer stay. We were seeking a quiet place for renewal and relaxation and the little yellow cottage met all our needs. We stocked up on local seafood from nearby Warsaw to cook, woke up with the birds for breathtaking sunrises and soaked in the amazing hot tub with an incredible view. As a bird geek in training, I had an amazing assortment to watch and enjoyed the views from the dock and the deck each day. We experienced a heavy downpour for a great deal of our stay,but a trip to town and hunkering down with our books, puzzle and more hot tub were the perfect antidote. We might share the space with friends or family next time, as there was plenty of space. However, our trio of 2 humans and our puppy pal might just escape alone again! Thanks for sharing this letter slice of heaven on the "Rivah." We'll be back!

We had a fantastic family vacation at Matt’s house. The space is beautiful — there are amazing views from every window and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun cooking elaborate meals. There were so many fun activities at the house — from the hot tub to shuffleboard — but there are also lots of great outings within easy driving distance. Matt was an incredibly responsive host who quickly answered any question we had. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever and we can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and included a lot of helpful amenities. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and great options for kids activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Bob and Chuck’s peaceful retreat. They are excellent hosts with outstanding communication. Their home is open, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is a pleasurable place to prepare meals and socialize. It has everything you need, including plentiful and quality kitchenwares, to prepare delicious meals. Do not hesitate to book.

Great place. The house was amazing. Very spacious. I loved the open concept of the dining area and TV area. the master bedroom was very spacious with a great view of the water. Very close by... the Reedville Market was excellent place to eat.

We all had a pleasant stay at Jake’s over the weekend. Easy check in and proactive communication from the host.

Thank you Erik. We were able to enjoy our stay - had no issues. Erik came to check on us when we arrived and ensured that we had what we needed and knew how to use the provided electronics. Of course the hot tub was a fan favorite as well as the massage chair. We had a great stay!

The home was amazing. More beautiful than the pictures could show. I love the corner lot effect. Not far from restaurants, grocery stores and local shopping. I would rent it again. I recommend it 100%

Our family and friend group of 11 stayed here for three nights. The house was perfect for us and had everything you would possibly need. We loved it so much that we punted some things we were going to do to hang out there. The fire pit on the deck was a fan favorite at night which all of us sat around, talking and laughing. Some people got up early to fish at the pier that we had access to, and my daughter spent time at the beach there. I can't say enough kind words about Paul as a host. He answered all our questions in a timely manner by texting us which not all hosts do. Today, he gave us a later check out time which was helpful in getting so many people up and out! Paul was there when we arrived and was just so gracious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much, Paul!

What an incredible stay! The home was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was pristine, which made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. It was also beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere throughout. The outdoor space was just as impressive—peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the fenced-in hot tub area, which made it easy to unwind while our dogs stayed safe nearby. And the sauna was such a cool and unexpected bonus! The location is secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to wineries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We had the most relaxing weekend with family and friends—this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

Sean's house was beautiful and had an amazing view off the lake. He was very responsive and was flexible with check in. My friends and I had a great time. I would definitely stay here again, for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful spot and gracious host. This was exactly as described, had all the amenities we could want, and Frank was incredibly clear in instructions, responsive and organized. We spent a lovely week in a gorgeous, soothing location with our pup — fully refreshed after only 4.5 days!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and loved the cozy cabin! It was the perfect size and had all the accommodations we needed! The hot tub was also a great addition! Fritz was very responsive and kind! 10/10 recommend staying here for your next weekend getaway!

The little red wolf cabin was super cozy and the location was perfect for a romantic getaway. It was the right size for a couple and the amenities kept us entertained! Christie was super friendly and helpful. She kept us in the loop about the weather and gave us some great tips. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time away.

My family and I had a nice stay at Kayla’s cabin. The place looks just like the pictures. She was very attentive and responsive. Kayla gave great instructions for things around the cabin, directions getting there and things to be aware of. The Cabin is located near the end of the road up a mountain a bit but not too far up. There are neighbors nearby but I never saw anyone. Overall pretty private and definitely quiet. Jacuzzi was great and fire pit is legit. There is a nice view of front royal off in the distance at night too.

Buck's Run was a beautiful cabin tucked away in the Shenandoah. It was a peaceful getaway for my friends and we enjoyed lounging about playing board games, reading, soaking in the hot tub, and staring out into the woods as the snow fell. Jen was very proactive in making sure we were going to be ok with the incoming storm and Pete their local manager was very responsive with questions we had.

We loved it. It was perfect for a night away from the kids and Farmville has some good restaurants and a great coffee shop for breakfast within 5-10 minutes driving. We're hoping to go back!

Wonderful time. The cabin is perfect and very generous with amenities. If it's not there, I doubt you'll need it. You will need a 4WD to get up the hill but not difficult or unsafe. Very quiet. Feels private. Outdoor cameras over driveway and front door. Hot tub area private. I highly recommend this cabin. Great clean property with high end amenities. Host was 5 stars. Looking forward to a return.
