The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

We find this gem of a place for Thanksgiving with just my family of 5. The home was absolutely warm and welcoming. We all had plenty of room to spread out, relax and unwind and gather together for our meals. The home was cozy, had all the amenities you needed without clutter. The home had beautiful light all throughout and every light switch was labeled ( that is a big deal for host to do). Our host very thoughtful, responsive in her communication with us. We even had chance to utilize the hot tub n the evening and you looked to a beautiful sky. The property was very private and the neighborhood was very serene which backed to the creek.

Amazing place, perfect locations, responsive host, and plenty of space for group travel. This will be my go to location from now on for travel to the area!

My mother was visiting for the weekend and I thought I would surprise her with a quick getaway. With the backdrop of the Rappahannock and the most charming of interiors (exactly as pictured), Rosehill Cottage did not disappoint! We spent our afternoons antiquing and exploring the different neighboring towns, and Heather provided some wonderful recommendations. She was responsive and answered any and all questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! Beautifully updated with plenty of room for our family to stay and gather. The views of the bay were exceptional with sunsets on the water every night! Janet was a perfect host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

Joseph was very responsive before and throughout the stay. The property felt very cozy and comfortable and private, which is not often the case with properties. Conveniently located. There was a heavy snowstorm which is rare for the area, and Joseph had the long driveway cleared straight away, and salted the walkway before it arrived. Highly recommend.

We lived here for a month while house hunting after PCSing to the area. It cost the same as staying in a hotel but with James we had an older, but well-maintained townhouse with a nice living room, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and a fully functional eat in kitchen with extra amenities like a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, in addition to the normal fridge/freezer/oven/stovetop/microwave! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and James was always very responsive. The area lost power one of the days we were there and he got in touch with the power company to make sure they were aware and updated us about when the power was expected to return. A great and honest host!

Hashim's place is a true home away from home. Great for short and long term stays. Friendly host. Would recommend, and stay here again.

I can't say enough about how much we loved staying here! It was beautiful, perfect for families and small groups. The hang out area in the basement was epic and if we had more time, we definitely would've used the fire pit out back! Everything was pristine and very homey. Merit kept it stocked with tea and coffee, which was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning the next time we are visiting Williamsburg!

It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for 6 adults. We found ourselves spending our mornings in the front living room looking at the beautiful water view and variety of birds landing on the water (binoculars were provided). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was February and part of the creek was frozen, we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or fire pit, but they did provide plenty of fire wood. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they were very nice. All around it was a place we will return.

This home is absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake bay. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed splashing in the water with their rain boots. We spent the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at colonial Williamsburg. Afterwards we ate at Captain George’s, a place Tas recommended. It was absolutely worth it. I was also pleased with being able to make a good Thanksgiving meal. The stay was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

The place is very nice and is located right in the middle of town. But we spoke with Oxana for a few minutes - that was really what takes this listing above and beyond. She was so nice and gave us tons of local recommendations on things to see. Definitely stay here, it's better than anything else you will find nearby.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

We stayed at Katy's for a small family gathering and to see the sights in Richmond. The property was private, peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the trains passing across the canal but others might not. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with quick and easy access to many parks, museums and other activities. We had no issues with the house or amenities and Katy promptly and helpfully responded to our questions.

The home was beautiful and very welcoming! The hosts thought of every detail to ensure that our stay was comfortable for our group. It was a great place to seek peaceful time away. Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s place in Lake Anna. We were on a house hunting expedition and spent a week touring the area, using the house as our home base. House was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Particularly great for our pooch who loved the dog run and outdoor space. Owner was extremely proactive and responsive. Five stars
