The location was perfect—convenient yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the area while also having a quiet place to relax.😌 Jasmeet went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, responding quickly to any questions and offering great local tips. Super appartement dans une très belle résidence au pied de la palme, jolie vue sur la skyline depuis l’appartement et depuis la piscine sur le toit ! Très bonne communication avec un hôte toujours réactif

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Studio, in einer sicheren Anlage und mit allen Komfort den man braucht. Für die in alle Himmelsrichtungen verteilten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt die Anlage sehr zentral. Nach anstrengenden Tagen haben wir den Pool nicht mehr genutzt, aber dafür sehr gut geschlafen. Maya war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir können nur eine Empfehlung abgeben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Well, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Jacob, thank you so much for having us at this stunning place from 20th Feb until 1st March. You were so accommodating we felt at home, Dubai is 4 hours ahead London but there was not a day I was unable to communicate with Jacob. Most of the time very late 1, 2, 3,4,5 in the morning but after some minutes we would reply straight away, I felt bad sometimes as I thought I was Kelly you awake. He didn’t disappointed me when we got there again very easy to contact as you would get the response straight away. Thank you so much Jacob to go the the extra mile providing a car seat for my baby when I arrived at the flat was already there wow, something that was not included I mentioned this with you and you provided for us. I was supposed to go with my sons but at last minute my partner decided to go as well I contact Jacob straight way explained the situation and again he was so accommodated. The flat was big enough for all of us well located love

Nagyon gyönyörű, és tiszta lakás, a kilátás elképesztő, a legszebb épület a marinán, nagyon kedves házigazdákkal, mindenben azonnal segítenek, itt igazán különlegesnek érezhettük magunkat, csak ajánlani tudom, biztos vagyok benne hogy legközelebb is csak ide jövünk!

Staying in this apartment was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent if you want to be close to the Dubai Mall and the uptown area, with charming restaurants and streets perfect for a short walk. Although the area around the apartment building is still under development, with several construction sites as of January 2025, the sound insulation is excellent and minimizes any disturbances. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, featuring a good bed that ensures a restful sleep. For long-term stays, it is a great option due to the separate bedroom, balcony, and thoughtful amenities for everyday living. We would suggest adding a full-length mirror, which could be useful for those who like to check their appearance before heading out. The support from Zed Living was outstanding—prompt communication and assistance with all issues. The staff is hospitable, pleasant, and flexible, even accommodating early check-ins when the apartment is available.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with plenty of room, 2 toilets and a nice balcony. The facilities are lovely including the pools (both the resident's pool and the hotel pools next door which guests have access to). We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this apartment!

I was very impressed by Feteen’s place. Extended my stay after I stayed in a below average accommodation on the other side of the Marina. Feteen’s place more than redeemed my experience as it was very well located and super clean and accessible. The flat was spacious, well lit with natural light and homely. I even tried to extend my stay as I was enjoying it a lot. Highly recommend!

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und Vorallem eine gute Lage, wo alles erreichbar ist. Saubere Wohnung, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zugang zur Wohnung immer problemlos und sicher und eine schöne Aussicht. Immer wieder gerne.

The apartment is beautiful, really homely, perfect location really private the beach is stunning with lovely breakfast and lunch spots. Based close to the marina and the palm so perfect to visit all the best places. can’t wait to stay again

A great place to stay in a peaceful area. Good local amenities and places to walk, private beach. Only minor issue is the noise from the nearby construction sites.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent—just about a 7-minute walk to JBR Beach and around 10 minutes to the tram station. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
