Great apartment with a breathtaking view! Looks same as pictures. Very welcoming and clean. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay there again.

It was cozy and very secluded but please keep in mind you can be heard and there’s no sound isolation

Spacious studio apartment with a nice view of the Palm. It’s suitable for an extended stay thanks to the kitchen and washing machine. The Murjan buildings aren’t the prettiest in Dubai Marina, but they do the job! Very residential. There’s a good supermarket downstairs. Host communication was responsive and flexible. Thank you for having us stay; it’s much appreciated.

Fabulous apartment, clean, modern with enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Modern yet neutral decor. Balcony spacious . Apartment was situated in the residential side which was quiet, always able to get a sunbed around the pool. Pool heated, clean and an enjoyable area. Able to use facilities at the hotel such as kids club and splash park. Location fabulous as straight out onto promenade with many beach clubs and beach access. Close to Nakheel mall and monorail. Host was responsive and very friendly. Able to offer an early check in. Instructions to access property clear. We had a fabulous stay here would highly recommend and would stay again.

My host was very attentive. The unit was clean and very practical. The facilities were quite satisfactory. I loved staying in Emar beachfront Marina Vista. I recommend it as a authentic local and happy stay.

立地も良く、写真通りのお部屋でした。 とても広いクローゼットがあり、1部屋ずつも大きく十分でした。余分な装飾はありませんが、必要なものは全て揃っています。また機会があれば宿泊させていただきたいです。素晴らしいお部屋をありがとうございましまた！

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!
