This was an unexpected gem for peace and relaxation. The apartment is huge with separate living, kitchen, dining and sitting areas. A beautiful balcony overlooking the palm trees and ocean - perfect sunset location. The kitchen was well equipped with three element gas burner, fridge/freezer and some general spices. One of the two bedrooms had a lovely ensuited bathroom. Cosy bed and excellent air-conditioning. A tastefully decorated and spacious apartment to fully unwind. Highly recommend staying here and if I ever visit Ratnagiri again I'd be looking to book this place every time.

Die Wohnung war gut durchdacht, nett gestaltet und gemütlich. Hier kann man auch einen längeren Aufenthalt verbringen. Sie war etwas abseits vom Trubel der Stadt. Gut fanden wir die Wasserfilteranlage. Sie erspart viel Plastikflaschenmüll.

Grt place ro stay. Infact Mr Villas kadam was up until late in the night, as I got pretty late to reach the place. Excellent location Well kempt hous Had a lovely time with fmly. Thanks Mangesh and Mr Kadam.

it's an apartment with reserved parking. Spacious too. Looked just like the photos. Mattress and sofas were also good and clean. View from the flat is nice. Considering the options available nearby, I would say it's a great choice. Location is nearby Mandvi beach. Abhishek is also a great host. we reached late around 10 and still had no problem in checking in. Had dinner too at Abhishek's restaurant. Loved his food too, both veg and non veg. Abhishek sent a care taker too for cleaning. Gave good recommendations too regarding places to visit. Helped us in some of other things too that we needed. Overall loved the stay, would definitely consider again.

We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

I loved the view from the kitchen. Everything was at place and beautiful . The house is super amazing and well maintained . My parents loved the stay too . I will definitely come again here for my next workstation .

The place is good overall as shown in pics. Shweta is quite responsive, the check-in & checkout experience was good bcz of the care taker. It's family friendly stay in an apartment within old society, but it's well maintained. The only problem we faced was that the geyser didn't worked, other than that the experience was good.
