This place was perfect! We only stopped for one night on our way through, but will definitely be checking to see if it’s available for all our future commutes through Trinidad. The fenced in yard is huge and my pups enjoyed romping around after being cooped up in the car all day. All the special touches in the house made you feel right at home, especially the thoughtfulness for the pups. We arrived really late and utilized the gated parking, only for ease of unpacking with the pups. I would have felt very comfortable parking out front on the street as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly cozy and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a very well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces, beautiful outdoor deck with furniture and tons of privacy. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Super clean with a perfect view from the front porch, we really appreciated this no-frills cabin for the final night of a long roadtrip. It really feels like you’re staying at a friend’s place - nothing fancy, nothing staged or overly designed. Just a nice little spot to make a simple meal, play some board games and head into town or out for a hike (both of which are conveniently nearby without losing the quiet or privacy) before you hit the road. Everything was as easy as can be. As noted in the listing, there is no TV or Internet but the cell service was strong if you need to be on a screen that badly. We always appreciate the screen detox, especially when it replaced by starry skies and an amazing view - would stay again!

Dana is a wonderful and kind person with a who cares a lot about the guests she hosts. Her space was inviting, clean, and comfortable. I immediately felt at home and would not hesitate to visit again!

The name “HEAVENLY RETREAT” is the perfect description of this magnificent refuge from the commonalities of most BnB’s offered to travelers. Joel, our very, very kind host, provided all the extras far above and beyond what every other BnB we have experienced could offer. We loved it so much that we found it difficult to leave after four fantastic days immersed in the Retreat. Joel is the epitome of the type of host who provides opportunities for anyone looking for a beautiful experience to be very long remembered.

First time to New Mexico! Loved the location of this spot with hiking and a few restaurants and a grocery store just down the street. Close enough to Taos NM to enjoy hot springs and some of the historical sites. Home was cozy and very quiet. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing spot in nature. This would also be an amazing place to stay during ski season as there was a ski slope visible from the road leading to this spot. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy to get to the ski lifts. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Plenty of towels of our group of 5. Lots of board games were nice to have as well.

Had such a great time at La Veta. Ski resort was closed but kids had such. Good time sledding!!

Comfortable stay for our family of 4. You couldn’t really get any closer to the chilli express lift but Is still a good little walk back up the hill after a day on the mountain. We took the shuttle You can not see the lift from the condo. Downstairs game room was fun with the games and space for our boards and skis. Nice seating in kitchen. Kids bunks are very noisy from upstairs neighbors. They chose to sleep on couch the next night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will keep this listing if we come back to visit again

We had a great spring break trip at Emily's place! It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the ski shops, pizza restaurant, and slopes(unfortunately the weather wasn't ski worthy but the hiking was great). Emily was responsive, kind, and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again while in Angel Fire.

We wanted to come to Angel Fire for Spring Break, but were hesitating about the snow conditions. However, we decided to pull the trigger and felt lucky to find Cody's place on such short notice. When we arrived it exceeded expectations! The kitchen was stocked with lots of useful items and we especially appreciated having 2 bathrooms. Also, I thought the full size bunk beds were genius in accommodating our group. The condo was basically perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Penny’s place was just the weekend away we needed. Very cozy place with comfortable furniture and a lot of charm. Very convenient to all the action at the resort and nearby restaurants. We will remember it well and would be glad to return.

Adorable cozy condo right down the street from the lifts. Kim was an amazing host! She was very proactive in her communication and made check-in and getting situated stress free. We loved the convenience of the garage connecting to the patio/balcony. It made loading and unloading so easy. We especially loved how easy and cozy the gas fire place was every night. We loved the location, ease and value of this place. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We loved that it was towards the back and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views looking out the bedroom sliding glass door to the balcony. The family card game was a huge hit! The hosts were always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
