I stayed at this lovely studio for an extended stay and it was wonderful. Modern, clean, beautiful art, everything you could need. Mark & Tanya are excellent hosts. Hot tub was a great feature. Deer walked up to the door a couple times. It was peaceful and tucked away, yet close to the town of LaVeta. 5/5

Absolutely perfect! Our host, Amanda, was so helpful, from weather conditions and snow impact to the area, to what pots are available to cook a Thanksgiving turkey in. We love the solitude and privacy, in the most beautiful place on this planet! A peaceful respite to a hectic city life, this house was comfy and cozy with stary skies and a running river close by. The perfect vacation get away...if you really want to get away from it all.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was perfect! Extremely clean, beautiful views, and we love the little town! You HAVE to check out Legends on Main if you stay here the breakfast is delicious! We will definitely be back.

First of all, Daniela was an exceptional host! She was extremely kind, gracious, and responsive during our entire stay. Best host we have ever encountered! As for the cabin…simply AMAZING!! It was impeccably clean and well stocked (they thought of everything). If you arrived with only the clothes on your back you would be more than comfortable 🙂 The view is spectacular, one of a kind! There are hiking trails nearby and the walk into the quaint town center was enjoyable. The town center has a park, tennis courts, small basketball court, and playground for guests with children. There are also a few restaurants, to include a dog-friendly one, and a country store. You WILL NOT find a better place to stay in the entire area; WE WILL BE BACK😉 Thank you to our gracious hosts for a truly wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jani's place! The house was perfect, clean, inviting, and the view was amazing from the back yard! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We spent 3 days at Brian’s place and absolutely loved it! You walk in the front door and feel like you stepped back in time. The retro furniture was so cool and comfortable. Brian was an excellent host! Always responsive and helpful. We will absolutely recommend this place to friends & family & we can’t wait to come back!

Very beautiful surroundings! Peaceful and quiet condo with stocked kitchen. Felt at home and warm! Will definitely be staying again in the future

Beautiful stay in the mountains! Condo was well equipped and comfy. We loved our trips to the dunes and Zapata Falls. Bishops Castle was also fun. Great for a family. Maybe ok for 2 friendly couples.

This condo was perfect for our short getaway. It was cozy, clean, and the location was excellent. Being at the base of the ski area, we had walking access to the local store and scenic walks. A definite keeper on our list for future stays in Cuchara/La Veta.

This is our second time staying in this condo and it's so great. It has been remodeled fairly recently and is as nice as the pictures look. It was clean and the kitchen had everything to fix meals. Kelly and Heidi were very responsive.
