Good place to stay. Staffs friendly and helpful. Nature environment, peaceful, cooling. Great for family gathering. Just one thing not satisfactory is some of cutlery are rusted.

We enjoyed our 3days 2nights stay at Intan Payong. A very private villa with large compound. Place was clean and well appointed. All facilities were in place. Weather was also cool and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Intan & Yee were also there to receive us and show us around the villa.

Beautiful home that looks exactly like the photos, with great interior design and fully equipped entertainment facilities. The bed is comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The private pool adds to the relaxing experience, and the host is friendly and accommodating. There’s also a helper to set up the BBQ equipment, making everything more convenient. Excellent service—perfect for a staycation!

We love the stay! To start, Farhana is very responsive on chat and even video call me when i have issue with the TV. Jiran hood kinda quiet at days but at night we heard some knocking and drilling next door (1night stay). The Villa is a 4 floor listing, and the stairs were not that bad, but penatlah once you upstair and tertinggal barang jenuh nak turun balik 🤣. The house generally clean but not that squeaky clean, got minor stain here and there. All amenities for cooking is complete and sofa/tilam very cozy. We have so much fun with the pool. Check in/out is easy ~ Tmi : Masa 1st day, ada orang fogging hahaha and morning scenery sumpah lawaa dengan bunyi burung lagi. Very chill, very mindful. Overall we satisfied 👍

Unit is above KL East Mall which is a decent mall. it has supermarket, decathlon, eateries, cinema but for long term stay you will get bored since the limited variety. But you can always go across the highway by using the connected overhead bridge for more eateries options. in fact there are many eateries within 3/4 km radius. The unit is as what shown in the pictures. Need some maintenance to bring it back to original condition but nothing of non living condition or bad state at this time. i will visit again.

We had a great stay at Wei Lik's place! The environment was lovely, and Wei Lik was friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and had a stylish design. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely worth the price! The location is super convenient, directly above KL East Mall with easy access via the lift. Really love the sunrise view. The space is cozy, and I especially loved the large TV; felt like a mini home theatre! Plus, the free canned drinks and biscuits were a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely book here again in the future!

We found ourselves at Man Ying’s place after having to cut short our stay at another Airbnb that was so filthy it was unbearable. Feeling exhausted and frustrated, we were incredibly grateful for Man Ying’s kindness and hospitality. She welcomed us with an early check-in, which was such a relief since we had so much luggage and nowhere to go. From the moment we stepped in, we could tell her place was different—it was spotlessly clean, and even the pillows smelled fresh and comforting. What truly touched us was the personal touch she added: she personally came in to make sure everything was perfect for us and even left us a whole selection of Chinese New Year goodies. It made us feel so welcomed and at home, like we were staying with a caring friend rather than just booking a place. Man Ying truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. If you’re looking for a warm, clean, and welcoming place to stay, this is it. Highly, highly recommended.
