Great remote location to make you feel at home. They were more than accommodating and super friendly.

This is a beautiful, cozy cabin in a perfect location! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could want to cook with. Collin and hosts were extremely responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you!

Kirk's place is beautiful and extremely nice! My wife and I had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to go back! I would also add that my wife has a very unusual hidden disability, and when Kirk found out about it, he went out of his way to be extremely accommodating. We really appreciated that since it is sometimes difficult to get people to take her needs seriously.

Our family had the most wonderful Christmas at this beautiful Airbnb! Growing up in Hamilton, I was thrilled to finally share Montana in this beautiful location with my husband and mother-in-law. The home was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, and the peaceful, private surroundings felt like a scene from a holiday movie. We hosted Christmas Eve dinner for my family, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare a full holiday meal. After dinner, we gathered around the outdoor fire pit, enjoying the crisp Montana air and the star-filled sky—it was truly magical. The host was amazing—when we asked to extend our stay by a day, she moved things around to make it work, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Her kindness and responsiveness made everything seamless. If you’re looking for a serene and special place to create lasting memories, especially during the holidays, this is it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Linda’s cabin was an amazing find for a weekend ski getaway. A short distance to the mountain and Darby for some food. Linda was proactive in communication and allowed us a flexible check-in. Felt very prepared finding her place. Very welcoming host. The cabin itself was super clean and cozy, a fire was ready for our arrival. The hottub was hot and had amazing views, plus was a few steps from the cabin. Amenities were abundant and the farm animals were a unique touch! Waking up to have coffee (provided) and watch goats and chickens by the river and mountainside was lovely. Linda made delicious breakfast burritos. Absolutely can’t wait to visit again!

This cabin is one of our family favorites! The cabin is so cozy and has plenty of space for all of us. The scenery is beautiful and the hot tub is absolutely perfect, situated between the cabin and the creek. Eric is a great host - communication is great and instructions are clear. We hope to be back again someday!

Wonderful stay! We loved this private and comfortable stay in the woods. Very cute, cozy and clean cabin. Exactly like pictures and our dog loved it too! Such a treat to have private land for dog to run and enjoy nature without having to worry. We loved this airbnb and would def stay again.

The experience my boyfriend and I had was just amazing! Lynda was very attentive to us and so very helpful!! She gave us space , but communicated with us as needed. Everything was exactly how it was in the photos and described, just with snow!! It was absolutely beautiful and I felt exactly at home. I am so grateful to have come across Lynda and her beautiful cabin! I plan on going back to Montana in the summertime and well if I can book this place again I will do so!! Thank you again Lynda, you are very much so appreciated!

The perfect place to disconnect and catch some fish. Cabin was great as always. I will continue to come back year after year.

We had a great stay at the Lost Trail Powder House! An easy drive to Lost Trail ski resort as well as miles and miles of snowmobile trails made this the perfect place for us. A very large and well stocked house, plus the tranquility of being in the woods. Looking forward to a return trip!!

The place was perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful private location.

Dawn & Kent were exceptional hosts, very friendly and respectful. The property is exactly what we were looking for-- Elk Run Ranch is 4 miles down a dirt and gravel road and the cabins are within sight of several hiking trails, the lake with kayaks and row boats to use, and the most glorious mountains imaginable. After four days decompressing and exploring we were sorry to leave. Be aware that an SUV will handle the road far better than our small sedan but we managed fine even if very slowly. Also, stock up on groceries in Salmon because the General Store in North Fork has a VERY limited selection (no produce, no dairy, mostly a small variety of canned goods, junk food, and dry goods). That said, Dawn and Kent were a real pleasure to talk to and the ranch was magic.

Beautiful cabin! Perfect combination of privacy and rustic setting, along with the comforts of a hot shower and a nearby town. Our daughter loved the loft and appreciated the books and games. We loved the outdoor space with plenty of room to cook, eat, and enjoy a fire. Even the dog felt welcome with the provided dog dishes :)

This place is a gem, truly the pastoral ideal, an incredible valley in the foothills of the bitterroots. Warm and cozy in the deepest snows of winter. What sets it apart are the amazing caretakers ! They were on premise and kept the roads plowed and the pathways shoveled and kept us in firewood . Vacasa feels a bit distant/impersonal and like a corporation that doesn’t fully understand the site, but that’s all swept away by the two amazing caretakers. The price felt a little steep for two nights , but it was a top notch place. Very clean and comfortable. Mattresses were foam and firm and delightful, lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Kitchen was well outfitted. Don’t forget to ring the school bell in Sula !

Wonderful host, comfortable and well-appointed log cabin in a beautiful, serene location. Perfect as a getaway and as a homebase to visit family in the area.

Paula was a great host! The cabin was amazing! Paula had everything we needed there to cook every meal and left some very nice extras like tasty cookies that she made! The firewood was well stocked, there were plenty of linens and warm blankets. The kitchen and bathroom were perfect. This is a very special place to reconnect with my husband and 2 young adult sons. We sat by the campfire, played cards, relaxed, went hiking and visited nearby sites and Darby. We had the opportunity to meet Paula for a few minutes one night and she is such a lovely woman, kind and thoughtful! We would love to stay here again! Thank you Paula!

The cabin was fantastic! The bed was super comfortable. The surrounding area was calm and peaceful. I loved watching the geese and ducks on the pond. I’d definitely stay there again .

We loved our stay. Lots of wildlife and the hosts made sure we were welcome and comfortable. We travel with pets and they were welcomed and loved.

This was our second stay at Matt's cabin, and it was fantastic. We gathered four generations for a guy's weekend and this cabin was the perfect fit. The location is peaceful and allows for some great family time. We enjoyed fishing the the private pond and exploring the bitterroot river, as well as just wandering in the woods, playing games, and barbequing on the huge deck. The Starlink internet was great for movie night as well. All three bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had no issues cooking all of our meals for four days. Matt is an exceptional owner and host and really helps you feel at home. His communication is the best we've ever had on Airbnb. I highly recommend Matt's cabin, and I know we'll be back!
