Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Lucrezia’s place, which offers a perfect blend of country charm just outside Florence. It’s conveniently located for a quick drive or train into the city whenever needed. The accommodations are both relaxing and comfortable, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Lucrezia also recommended a fantastic local restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The property’s location is ideal, and I definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Buto yra įrengtas labai meniškai ir jaukiai. Šeimininkai kiekvieną smulkiausią detalę apgalvojo ir suderino su bendra stiliaus idėja. Matosi, kad tam įdėta daug pastangų ir širdies. Jautiesi lyg gyventum senoviniame žvejo name, tačiau su visais būtinais šiuolaikiniais patogumais. Natūralios medžiagos butui suteikia malonią vėsumą. Abiejuose aukštuose yra kondicionieriai. Esant reikalui, galima pasigaminti valgyti. Netoliese yra "maximytė", iš kurios galima nusipirkti visko, ko prireiks. Prie parduotuvės yra savitarnos skalbykla, kuri dirba iki vėlumos. Butas randasi Riminio senoviniame žvejų rajone, kuriame yra apsigyvenę meniškos sielos žmonės. Daugelio namų fasadai skoningai išpuošti piešiniais. Jokio automobilių eismo. Į šį rajoną iš kitų Riminio vietų žmonės atvažiuoja vien tam, kad nusifotografuoti prie kokio nors simpatiškesnio namuko. Visas rajonas tapo, kaip Riminio atvirukas. Išeini ryte ar vakare ir supranti, kad gyveni pačiame atviruke. Už poros žingsnių-Tiberijaus tiltas.

La casa è accogliente, pulitissima, ben arredata e ben attrezzata, è piacevole passarci del tempo; si trova in pieno centro storico, vicinissima a teatro, canale leonardesco, ristoranti, negozi, parcheggi nelle vicinanze; con qualche passo in più si arriva comodamente a piedi anche al mare. Per noi è stata una comoda base per spostarci tra Ravenna e Rimini. Giacomo è puntuale e preciso nelle informazioni, e sempre gentile e sollecito nel verificare che tutto andasse bene: una bellissima vacanza!

Ormai sono un cliente abituale ed anche questa volta mi sono trovato benissimo. Casa ampia e pulita, persone gentili, disponibili e puntuali.

L’appartamento è evidentemente stato ristrutturato forse una decina di anni fa mantenendo le mattonelle forse originali nella zona cucina e bagno del piano terra. Qualche quadro un po’ inquietante lo avrei evitato ma a parte queste piccolezze l’appartamento è gradevole e sei come a casa. Un comodo zona living con un bel televisore, adiacente alla cucina. I bagni sono molto piccoli ma non si poteva fare altro in queste graziose casette del centro. Comodo il fatto che non hai la chiave. C’è un moderno sistema a combinazione per accedere alla casa. Letti comodi ed ampi. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro.

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰

Beautiful historical residence nestled in a peaceful semi rural area of Granarolo outside Faenza. For me it’s where my uncle stayed during his WW2 campaign so being able to stay there while tracing his steps was memorable. Riccardo is an amazing host, you won’t regret!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Beautiful tranquil villa set in picturesque grounds full of homegrown produce; a true taste of Tuscany. Pool is a perfect size and depth for a workout or just to relax and keep cool. Really useful to have the outside bbq area which we used a lot. Conveniently situated just outside the small town of Reggello with plenty of restaurants to choose from and a good size supermarket that has everything you need. Hosts really friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Felt like a home from home. Highly recommend.

It's a nice place away from the city. I can fit you if you want just lay down all days and relax on the sum without walking or driving anywhere.

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

Gianni und Ilaria, Waren die nettesten und hilfsbereitesten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann! Leider hatten wir kein Mietauto bekommen… Und obwohl es unsere eigene Schuld war, haben die beiden uns unterstützt ohne, dass wir sie fragen mussten! Das Anwesen ist wunderschön ruhig. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft! Der Garten und der Pool sind so malerisch schön und gepflegt, dass es uns überhaupt nicht schwergefallen ist dort „festzusitzen“. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Abstriche empfehlen!

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige plek! In een dal tussen de olijfbomen en druivenstruiken. Het huis is gezellig opgedeeld en er is genoeg ruimte om samen te zijn, of even af te zonderen. Ruime voorzieningen:bestek, borden etc en alles keurig schoon. We hebben helaas een paar dagen noodweer gehad, dus erg fijn dat er regelmatig gevraagd werd hoe het met ons ging. Het zwembad en de tuin werden super onderhouden. Een engelse informatiemap zou nog handig zijn geweest. Voor de mensen die wat beter Italiaans spreken lag er ruim informatie. Daarnaast kwamen wij er zelf wat laat achter dat de jacuzzi en buitenspa tegen bijbetaling gebruikt konden worden, dit was voor ons een best ruim bedrag. Al met al een heerlijke week gehad, in een prachtig huis, vriendelijke host en zeker het aanbevelen waard!

Secluded location away from the quiet village. A lovely view, great pool 5 minutes walk from the cottage. Good train links from Londa Contea station to Florence every hour. You need a car to access the cottage from the village.

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

A perfect hostess! Alway available to help. Elegant, spacious, pristine clean, comfortable, quiet and a comfortable bed and the luxury of 2 bathrooms and coffee and tea and welcome treats! Very convenient, 5 mins walking distance to the centre of Lugo and 15-20 mins walk to the station. We would highly recommend Antonella's Apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Wir inklusive unserem Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und trotz kalter Außentemperaturen war es drinnen kuschelig warm. Der im Februar menschenleere Strand ist nur 400m entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einzig das WLAN könnte etwas schneller und stabiler sein, aber im Urlaub sollte man ja eh weniger vorm Computer / Handy sitzen :-)

Η Ροχανα ηταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και κατατοπιστικη ,απαντησε πολυ γρηγορα στην διαθεσιμότητα του καταλύματος, επισης ο χωρος ηταν πολυ καθαρος και τα σκεπασματα και οι πετσετες μυριζαν φανταστικά!!!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

Adalberto è un ottimo host, sempre disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. Il suo appartamento è nel centro storico di Urbino vicino a tutto. Appartamento pulito, grande, panoramico e attrezzato con tutto quello che serve in cucina.

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️
