The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

Wir 3 Personen (Eltern mit unserer 19jährigen Tochter) haben die Weihnachtsferien in Jeremys Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gross mit separatem Eingang auch gut für 2 Paare. Ruhig und doch zentral zu Restaurants, Geschäfte gelegen, zu Fuss 7 Min. zur wunderschönen Kata Beach! Wer den Hügel nicht zu Fuss hochgehen möchte, kann einen Roller für ca. 5 Euro pro Tag mieten. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze für Autos und Motorräder vorhanden.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—everything is nearby, making it very convenient. The apartment itself was great, clean, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool with a stunning view—absolutely breathtaking! Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went perfectly. Gemütliche schöne Wohnung mit privatem Pool direkt am Strand. Alles was man benötigt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt.

This is not my first time staying at Aree. Everything is great. Always tries to help and answers all questions. The accommodation is clean and very nice. Rattiya's place was the highlight of our trip! We watched the elephants everyday from her beautiful outdoor terrace. Listening to them eat and trumpet was incredible. It's the first thing my wife talks about when people ask us about our Thailand vacation and her eyes light up like the 4th of July every single time! Rattiya was the perfect host!

This is our second stay at Mike's place in AoYon beach. Beyond the truly amazing and beautiful place on the beach, we'd like to thank Mike for being such a kind host. Sometimes the whole is more than the sum of its components, and in our case the component of the host literally made our stay! This place is probably the last remnant of a by gone era of simplicity and unpretentiousness in AoYon beach, so if you are heading to Phuket, don't miss out on this place.

My husband, our two children and I were staying at Maggie’s place for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - on the beach with a restaurant right next to the appartment. There were also many toys for children that they could use while playing and swimming at the beach. One thing to note is that there are some small ants in the kitchen and on the floors inside the appartment. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. We recommend this place for families and others that wants to live in a quiet area!

Veldig flott sted som jeg anbefaler! Jeg og min familie bodde her i en uke. Perfekt for barna, med basseng og en trapp som leder direkte ned til en liten og rolig strand. Området var perfekt for oss, vi søkte rolige omgivelser uten for mye turister. Det kan være verdt å merke seg at dette krever litt ekstra innsats ved at man må bestille taxi for å komme seg til og fra huset (kun 3-4 min med taxi til Rawai), og det kan være lurt å være forberedt på å bruke apper for både mat- og taxibestilling. Den siste veien, ca 500 meter, til huset er litt humpete og noen taxier ville ikke kjøre helt frem. Belønningen med en slik lokasjon er at du bor i et paradis uten de store folkemengdene som du ser veldig mange andre steder. Anbefaler The beach house på det sterkeste!

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

Также хозяин позаботился о многих необходимых мелочах, таких как крем для загара и пляжное полотенце. Район, где расположено жилье тоже отличный — в шаговой доступности ночной рынок, хорошие кафе и рестораны, магазины. Мы даже ходили пешком на пляж. Daniel всегда был на связи, быстро помогал в решении любых вопросов. Спасибо!

Great stay at a Thai-style deco loft. Restaurants and laundry place on the ground floor for 50 baht/kg. Nice base for heading right into the middle road of Patong. Maybe 10 minute walk to the party street but you can just as easily take a 50 baht motorbike. Dushyant is also great, fast responses, friendly and sent very clear instructions. Wouldn’t mind staying longer next time.

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.

Second time at this amazing apartment, really comfort, clean in the middle of Patong beach, providing at the same time serenity and privacy. Andy & Nikki always so kind and friendly, to help or answer at any questions. Missing already this place, will visit for sure soon :)

Room was clean, check in ran smoothly. Great location for boat avenue, carpet diem maya beach etc. would recommend and would definitely stay again
