Kristen, thank you so much for an amazing getaway! The treehouse was just perfect! Attention to detail was on point, y’all did not miss a thing! I will definitely be recommending this very special/private getaway to friends and family. I have traveled all 50 states, Canada, Germany, Dominican Republic, Czechoslovakia, and other areas. In my travels this is my fourth treehouse experience. Of all the Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in I would rate yours #1. Beautiful lakeside location. The home was very cozy and comfortable- everything worked well. The lake was low when we were there but still really pretty. Owner was great about answering questions about our stay prior to our arrival as well.

Very nice place to stay for a family of 4 (all adults) for the weekend, met our needs well. Maureen was very responsive and accommodating. Recommended.

Our stay was wonderful. Karen really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was spotless, and you can really see/feel the care she put into furnishing it. I could not ask for better communication. Her anticipation to our needs (we spent a day at the Master's Golf Tournament) was top-notch. Also, recommendations she gave to us about local activities and restaurants was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our time here! The home was hands down, the cleanest, Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We will definitely stay here again! The hosts were very responsive and friendly as well!

Our stay at Renee's Place was delightful! Our group consisted of 3 couples, who are Presbyterian College alumni, and we found that the location was ideal for the short trip to the college. Also, being close to downtown Greenwood, it was an easy commute for shopping on Main Street and the restaurants. The lake is beautiful and the deck is a welcoming spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. We look forward to visiting again.

Very clean, central to lots of restaurants and shops, comfortable beds & furnished with high quality items were just a few of our favorite things about our stay here. Kevin and Alexandra are quick to respond and great hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and loved the location on Lake Sinclair. We docked our rental boat at the dock located on property. The family loved using the hot tub and sunning on the dock. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that provided privacy for all in my group of 4. The house was in immaculate condition and all the 5 star reviews I read were justified. Thank you so much Val for making this property a top place to stay on Lake Sinclair.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.
