Such a lovely home! Even though we were staying there for work, felt like we were on holiday. Clean tidy and the dream airbnb

We received a really warm welcome from the hosts. The beds were nicely clean and made up and were super comfy. Location was in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, trains and the town centre. The road was quiet and peaceful. Offered plenty of parking and was easily accessible. The hosts communicated well which led to an all round terrific stay.

This was a lovely house, perfect for our family weekend away! It was really equipped and the beds were very comfy. The communication made it feel really personal and thoughtful. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve been in. Very homely, child friendly as well. Had access to fun card games too . Overall our stay was beautiful and pleasant. Thank you!

Beautiful property, eye clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and re-book. One of my guests had an accident which we notified Jeraldine immediately and she has been very understanding and proactive to work with me to get resolved- she is a fantastic host.

What can we say, me my husband and 2 children stayed 5 nights at vickys place and it was absolutely wonderful. Very peaceful, we forgot we had children as they spent all their time in the pool. My husband’s family live 10 mins away and Vicky kindly allowed us to use the bbq with our family. The hot tub was great also! The house was very clean and looked after. It really felt like home from home and Vicky made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and we’re looking at booking to come back next month, and every July for a week. If you have children this is the perfect place to kick back and relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Thank you again Vicky you’ve been a great host and we’ve enjoyed our stay at your lovely family home :)

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Lovely house amidst the metropolis of old woking. Hot tub and plunge pool was fantastic.

Had a fantastic weeks stay, house is in a prime location close to local shops bars & restaurants. Plenty things to do near by. House was fantastic with a pool which the kids loved. Garden was large with plenty of space including separate areas for sunbathing, eating and even an outside bar area. Everything you’ll ever need & more. 👍🏻

Great stay with the family & dogs! The tent was just perfect and surprisingly warm considering it’s almost November. Nice pubs nearby within short driving distance

Neil and Heidi saw to every little detail. There was not one thing that we needed and they are the most delightful couple and Merlot their dog is sweet as can be. The cabin is bigger than it appears and is very comfortable and homey. It’s a lovely beautifully decorated cabin that my partner will return. There was not one thing we needed that they had not thought it it is a home away from home

The house was very nice. we loved the retro vibe to the house. Easy to access and although we had a small inconvenience regarding the cleanliness of the carpets on arrival, the host was incredibly responsive and apologetic and it didn't spoil our visit. lovely peaceful surroundings and we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you to our hosts for a really great stay in Reading. The old bakery was spacious, clean, private, and comfortable. The accommodation felt very safe and tranquil and was conveniently located in a great neighbourhood which was near to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were warm and made us feel welcome. If we were to visit again, we would like to stay at their place.

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

What a great setting for an escape to the country! I already miss waking up with the chickens and pigs to greet me every day. I also saw more wild animals and birds in my walks around here in a week, than I have in years in London. Auriol is a great host, relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly, and the property is exactly as described and shown here. Tips for other travelers: If you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask and earplugs as it does get sunny in the main bedroom. Looking forward to returning here!

Just spent 3 nights at Covert Cottage. it was the perfect location for visiting near by family. It met all our needs and Jonathan was a great host. We would definitely book again if we're in the area. Thank you.

Quiet location, was well equipped for a longer stay. Had countertop oven and stove allowing for some simple cooking , with small table and chairs. As I was there for a few weeks Tom arranged for the accommodation to be cleaned half way through which was great. Thanks for a pleasant stay

We booked this place to visit various family members which were all located in Surrey and Hampshire. As we had a young Springador with us it was essential that there was a garden and the owners of the lodge very kindly have the whole garden available and she certainly made use of it. The walks from the door were very easy to follow and were various lengths and abilities so there’s something for everyone. On arrival there was a delightful homemade marmalade cake waiting for our attendance. That was and still is being dutifully attended to and that really was quite exceptional. The hosts were friendly and approachable and provided extra chairs for us as our son visited us one of the evenings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at this Woodland Hideaway.
