★★★★★ Highly Recommended! This home is a hidden gem in Marikina / Lower Antipolo. All rooms, including the living area, are fully air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, each having its own toilet and bath. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and the house caretaker was very helpful. The host was also highly responsive. I would gladly recommend this place to my relatives and friends, and I’m looking forward to booking it again for the holidays!

We loved our stay! I specifically chose Jordan's place because of its interior - looks straight out of a Greek neighborhood. The pool, toilets, linens and common areas were majestically clean, the aesthetic of the place was a bonus. I commend the caretakers as well, they were attentive to our queries and we felt safe during our stay. I will recommend Santorini Springs to my friends.

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The place is spacious and perfect for large groups. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Bryan was very responsive and the caretakers were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt very well taken care of during our stay. It’s a great spot for family get-togethers! A Hidden Gem! This peaceful accommodation is perfect for everyone, including seniors and those with disabilities. stunning views without any hiking, parking right in front of the villa. The mountain view in the morning is absolutely great! I loved waking up to the sounds of birds around the pool area. There’s also a billiards table for some fun, and the property has security at night. The caretakers, especially Grace, were attentive and responsive. The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus, the big smart TV was a great addition—I enjoyed watching Netflix before going to bed. Make sure to do a bonfire at night, You really get great value here! I can’t wait to return with my family. Highly recommend!

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

The House at Bluestone will be your dreamhome stay. The place was exactly as shown in the picture. We were waemly welcomed by Ms Hany and Sir Jojo when we arrived. Scott, the host, also replied promptly with my messages prior to our stay. The kitchen was clean and has so many plates, bowls, etc. Very nice place to eat with my loved ones. we didnt cook, though. Cause I was too lazy. My baby was sick and I had to carry him all around, the whole time. The house was toddler friendly, kid friendly, pet friendly. It has a game room with everything Scott mentioned. The pool was warm. Great cause we were able to swim at night with no shivering problem. 😅 I especially love doing karaoke in the living room. The sofa was so comfy-- my husband slept there. lols. The rooms looked like we were in a hotel. The beds were comfy. Aircon was cold. blankets warm and fluffy. This is one of the best airbnbs. the toilets were clean too. Scott is also aa considerate host. Thank you Travis Fam!

We had a great time during our stay in Casa Benita. The place was clean and it has all that we need. It’s also very spacious that it can accommodate our big family. I also love how responsive the host is. She is very accommodating and very easy to deal with. I would definitely go back here!

This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

5 Stars! This place was absolutely awesome! Lizzeth was so thoughtful and sweet—she truly made our stay special. We were celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space had such a warm and welcoming vibe, and the caretakers were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. You can really feel the love and care that went into making this a great experience. Highly recommend!

The place was great. The honest store was a nice addition. The place was clean and well maintained. Areas for improvement. 1. Add more plates. For a 6 pax place there were only three big plates. 2. There was only one shower. Water pressure was a bit weak. 3. Since it's summer, please add more stand fan downstairs. The host was super nice and accomodating. :-)

Stayed a night with the family and we had a blast. Every was clean and organized. Jody and the caretaker - Kuya Ivan was very responsive and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, kitchen is complete, bathrooms in every room are clean. The kids loved the pool and thr adults loved the Jacuzzi.
