We had such a wonderful stay with friends. The house feels like a home rather than a rental. Beds were clean and comfy, sheets were great, hot tub was hot and well maintained. No complaints- this was a truly wonderful place to stay, and the fact that our furry friend was welcome made it even better ♥️

Very clean. Very nice. A nice touch was a clean fireplace and some split dry logs ready to load. Bed was comfortable. Communication was good. Already booked for next year. Thanks!

I cannot count how many times we’ve stayed at Montfair. Heck, my wife and I got married there in July of 23! This is our home away from home which is a short ride from Richmond, yet worlds away. Thank you again for hosting us. We had an excellent end to Spring break at Loblolly. Until next time.

The house was great! It’s located in a very pretty area and plenty of room for our family. It had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend away. Breanna was very responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and I would stay there again and recommend to others.

We had suchhh a great stay! Everything exceeded our expectations and Jeff was even kind enough to let us extend checkout to 2pm which was very helpful for our large group. Furthermore, the place is absolutely beautiful, the balcony is the best part!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. The place far exceeded all expectations. It was very well maintained and Ashley was a perfect host. We highly recommend this property and will definitely consider renting again on our next visit to Charlottesville.

Kevin was an amazing host and had a great space and was very helpful in making this trip memorable. I can't say enough about the location, view and this treehouse! you will not be disappointed and yes I highly recommend a 4 wheel drive truck or SUV. It is definitely a place I look forward to staying at again in the future. He was very accommodating and helpful with not only local information but offered up many great restaurant suggestions as well as places to hike. Thanks again Kevin for an amazing space and for all the information.

We had a great stay here. Kimberly was kind enough to let us reschedule after some of our party got the flu and we had to cancel the original reservation. Entering the house was easy and there is a book of useful instructions. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use and nice after a cold day on the mountain. When we checked in we didn’t have paper towels, but the host responded to my message quickly and provided all the paper products we needed the next morning. We had a little trouble with the hot water in 2 of showers, but were able to use the other two. All in all, we had a great stay!

Our stay was outstanding. There were 6 adults, 3 grandchildren and 3 dogs and we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and the grandchildren loved the jacuzzi.
