We were in town for a Celebration of Life for mom and wanted a four bedroom, two bath home. This home was perfect for our needs. Beth was very accommodating and quickly responded to my questions. The home was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was pleased with our choice. The decks and spacious yard made us feel though we were on a vacation. I would definitely go back again if we were in the area!

Fantastic stay for 8-12 people! Extremely open space, and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. My stay involved lots of karaoke, darts, fireside chats, and enjoying coffee on the outside porch overlooking the woods. The space itself is massive, and could easily fit a large group without feeling cramped. I stayed with 7 others and we all loved the place. 10/10 would recommend! My only complaint is the amount of personal belongings that were left by the host. There was a significant amount of food and drinks left in both fridges(one in the kitchen and one in the garage) with little to no instructions on what was the hosts personal food or what was left by past guests. The bar in the garage was also stocked with some drinks and mixers, but again there were no instructions on if they were there for guests or not. A few more details about the rules could have been nice, but that is just one small complaint against so many positive features this stay has to offer!

I loved this place! We will be back. It was bigger than I expected and we just had so much room, privacy, and wilderness. Great access to the lake. Love sleeping with the sound of waves. This is comfortable for just the two of us, would be great if we had brought the whole family. It would be fun during warmer weather to spend more time on the lake. Far enough from town to feel like we are secluded and in nature, but close enough that we can return to town if we need to. We didn't use the laundry room, but it was nice to know it was there. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean (nice to have two full baths) and the living areas were very comfortable.

This place was perfect for my family. The Sauna in the basement was excellent bonus for us. Very centrally located next to everything. The kitchen had everything you need to make a gourmet meal for the family!

We enjoyed our stay at Dale’s place. It was just like the pictures, and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and people should realize they are “full” beds, not king or queen sized like in a hotel. We especially appreciated the enclosed back yard and walkable neighborhood for our pup. We also appreciated the parking spot off the alley. It had everything we needed for a three night stay.

Our family of 7 adults and 4 kids ( 7 and under) loved our stay at the Pool House. The house was very spacious with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The favorite part of the house was definitely the pool room. The pool was huge, very clean and so much fun! All the pool toys and towels were provided. It was perfect for our family’s spring break together.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay with our extended family at this property. The spacious house was perfect for our gathering, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially loved watching the comings and goings of hundreds of Canadian geese, trumpeter swans, bald eagles, herons, and other birdlife from the large picture window in the main room. I've never seen anything like it! Staying here in the winter, we especially appreciated the working fireplace, which made the common area feel warm and inviting; a perfect spot to gather and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing family meals easy, and the large dining table was perfect not only for sharing meals together but also for playing games afterward.

Would definitely stay here again. It was nice and quiet. It was close enough to stores and things we wanted to do.

A charming and perfectly cozy little nest in a historic home and neighborhood — I had everything I needed and slept great. Brian and Brenda were helpful and accommodating, and the lovingly-curated historical information on the home and the neighborhood in the binder by the couch was 🤌🏼 top notch terrific, and really added to my appreciation of the home. Thank you for having me! A lovely spot.

We enjoyed our stay at the Goodrich House. The location was awesome, close to shops and restaurants and very easy street parking. The unit itself was spacious and charming. The pictures don’t do justice to how much space you have! Our group of 2 adults and 5 kids ranging from toddler to teen were very comfortable. Although the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the backyard, that too looked like a great area. Debbie was very responsive to our messages and was so helpful during our stay. I hope to be able to visit again!

Super comfortable place while I experienced a stressful hospitalization of my Dad. It was a perfect spot near the hospital and gave me a great night sleep with everything I needed. Very grateful for this place!

as a long time NE resident with a TINY place to live, I use Susan's place to host friends and family that come to visit. Excellent accommodations, off street parking. all round a good fit

I was on the road for 23 hours before finally arriving at Tina’s. It was my first time to Minnesota and I am very glad that I chose her place for my family and I. It was peaceful, clean, quiet and very homely. We slept so soundly. It felt as though I hadn’t left home in how at peace we were. Tina responded to any queries I had promptly. I was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The only downside for me was that I didn’t book her place for a longer time. I am definitely going back for a longer visit. If you’re still reading this please book already before someone else takes your dates. You won’t regret it one bit! 😀

Andy's place was a great location. So many restaurants within walking distance. The lakes are also within walking distance. The furnishing and decor of the home made it very comfortable. We stayed for a week felt that everything we needed was available. The guide books and guest book with their recommendations were nice helpful to get ideas of options in the area. The dome in the yard was cool. It rained on one of the days and it was nice to be outside and be covered from the rain. There is a wood stove in the dome to keep you warm. Overall a very comfortable, stylish and nice place to stay. I'd definitely come back if I was in MN again.

The Place Between the Lakes is the best place I've booked through Airbnb. It's extremely cozy and comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and in a beautiful neighborhood in Minneapolis. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Minnesota maple syrup, tooth brush and floss, and other amenities you typically find a more elevated hotel. Kris and Jessie were proactive with their communication and had ample instructions in the Airbnb. My only regret is it being too cold to enjoy the patio--it looks so cozy! Thank you both!

Great place to hang out if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Had just spent a day moving a family member so the jacuzzi hot tub was just what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely loved it! Feels very cozy and peaceful. The view of the lake is great, we saw otters playing on the dock ♥️ very private and quiet, the whole family loved it.

What an AMAZING TREASURE of a property!! We stayed in the middle cabin, which is conveniently closest to the restroom but not by any means “too close”. Despite having 3 cabins near each other, the views from the windows for the most part made us feel like we were the only cabin and completely surrounded by nature (the skylights with views of the tree tops from bed really took that “retreat” feeling over the top). Sweet bird chirps gently waking us up in the morning, a little hiking trail that was the perfect challenge and scenic level, and hands down the most shockingly clean and cute restrooms for a wooded surrounding just put icing on the cake. I’m very tempted to make the long drive back to check out some of the other properties she has that look equally as cool! Thanks for everything, Chelsi!

The photos, description, and reviews of this place do not do it justice. WOW! What a little slice of heaven. My husband and I stayed at this home with our three elementary aged children over a gorgeous fall weekend and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Jean and Joe did not overlook one detail. The kitchen was brand new, incredibly organized, and spotless. It had everything you could need to cook, grill, or bake meals. The bottled water in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch! The bedrooms were perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. The bathrooms were clean, stocked with towels, and had plenty of everything you’d need. We spent the weekend fishing off the dock (dozens and dozens caught and released 🎣), playing games, and reading books. What a treat! Thanks for sharing this tranquil oasis with us, Jean and Joe! We can’t wait to visit again soon!

This was our first trip together and the cabin was everything we were looking for. We felt very much at home and spent an hour or two in the hot tub each night looking outside at the water. We even grilled dinner one night and ate on the dock right next to the water. The best part was our host offering us a later checkout time without us even asking, allowing us to enjoy our last morning a little longer and sleep in a little more after a late night. We would consider visiting again if we ever want to come back to the area

Aptly referred to as the perched cabin, we enjoyed watching the barges on Lake Pepin, the trains passing along the river’s edge and the eagles soaring above us, all from our perch above the lake. The porch provided fantastic views. We will visit again.

We had a great experience even in the midst of the winter storms. Our cabin was so cute and stayed warm and cozy. Greg was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay again.

Grandpa’s Cabin is a homey place with lots of character and charm. We had a blizzard one night and had excellent snowshoeing in the large nature preserve behind the house. Not a typical Airbnb rental-more like the way it used to be. We felt we were in a home.
