Lovely, very clean little home, an ideal base to explore surrounding areas. Skinning grove beach is fab and good for fossil hunting, the Ship Inn is great for food, its only a 7 minute drive away. Both dog friendly. Thank you for the biscuits, tea and milk.

The pictures of Photographer’s House only hint at what a fantastic home this is to stay in. We loved our stay here. Really spacious but with a cosy feel, thoughtfully decorated and furnished with loads of colour and personality and near to everything while still feeling secluded and peaceful. The weather was sunny but cold for our stay and we enjoyed the brilliant views from the decking and garden, warming up by the fire, takeaways from Cod and Lobster round the upstairs dining table and setting off along the cliff path for the beach. Ashley was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Learning about his father and feeling we were in a family home really added to the welcoming experience. Highly recommended!

A great place. We had the mother in law with us so the downstairs bedroom and shower room were brilliant for her. Easily accessible with a lovely host. We will stay again when up visiting next time! Thank you Cate.

Stayed here for a 2 night New Year break, we were 2 couples. Everything about this cottage is outstanding; everything you would wish for with regards to cleanliness and comfort is exceptional. Everything is finished to a high standard. Having 2 bathrooms is a bonus. The log burner/stove is a great feature, and the hosts kindly lit it before we arrived, which made it very cosy. The hosts were very responsive, and answered any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

we had a short stay at the bungalow, stayed over the weekend for a family wedding. Everything was as we expected from the information, was lovely clean and spacious., with some personal, practical touches on arrival. it's a lovely place to stay and very accessible to the coast and lovely places to visit.. Denise is friendly and responsive . Would recommend and if travelling on that coast in the future would stay again .

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and fantastically located cottage. Mitch was freindly and responsive, even given us prior warning of a potential power cut. The house was well equipped, warm and clean. I would recommend staying here.

Cottage is in a great location for visiting the nearby coastal villages. It was as described on the listing. Garden was enclosed which was perfect for us as we took our dog along.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment,beautiful view!!! easy walk to the seafront. We will definitely be back. We’ve stayed in a few places in Saltburn and this was by far the best. Highly recommend!!

Susan is a great host. Friendly and professional, answered queries very quickly and was proactive in making sure we had arrival information in good time. Apartment was clean and well furnished and in a nice part of Saltburn. We enjoyed our stay 😃

This place is near to the beach and a short walk into town. It has all basic facilities for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable if a bit soft.

lovely family get away in a stylish flat. enjoyed snuggling up by the fake fire playing board games we had brought with us. it was super close to the beach. hosts replied really quickly to our little questions. would come back again.

We had an absolutely lovely weekend at Amanda's place, right in the heart of Staithes backing on to the river and only a couple of minutes to the sea past all the excellent cafes and pubs along the way. Very neat and well appointed, great views from the lounge and bedroom - and the bathroom! Amanda was unfailingly helpful and made our trip easy and enjoyable.

A lovely stay in this amazing little bolthole in beautiful, characterful Yorkshire. The value for money is, quite frankly, ridiculously good. Anthony is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and we got the impression that both he and Jane really do care about their guests. Small extras like a crockpot, an air fryer and coffee machine are all so useful and make the place feel like a home -from-home. Having a washer & dryer makes everything so easy too - and surprised us for the low price! Everything is very clean too! Parking was easy with the permit and we felt like everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Area is handy for tourists too - Whitby is 30 mins drive away, Robin Hood’s Bay at around 40 mins abc Scarborough at 60 mins. Thank you so much, Anthony and Jane, we’ll be back!

This was just the ticket for a seasides weekend away!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Great stay for families, felt cosy and relaxed with lovely welcome cake and milk for a cuppa after a long journey. Fab for exploring coast and has good local amenities (right next to a bakery and above a lovely gift and coffee shop). Very clean and tidy & we appreciated the well stocked book shelf and board game selection. We would stay again when in the area!

After trying few flats in Saltburn finally I found what I am looking for. This place is clean, comfortable and just around the corner of restaurants and bars. Landlord was very proactive and always responding to my questions. Will come back again in January.

Highly recommend this charming cottage! The cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-equipped bathroom made my stay perfect. Oluwaseun was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.
