A great place to stay,in an ideal and convenient location. Thought the key situation would be a bit complicated but because the instructions were so clear, that it was quite simple. The apartment was spotless, the equipment was good and easy to use. Furnishings were very good and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and heating system very easy to use. Everything had a very spacious and welcoming feel to it. We would definitely use this apartment again. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Absolutely lovely flat, spotlessly clean with fresh, modern decor. Equipped with everything you could need, and the welcome hamper was a wonderful touch. The location is perfect—close to the sea and within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions. Beautiful coastal walks are also nearby, and the parking permit was really useful; we even found a space to park during the busy half-term week. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay, great location has everything you need and more. The only thing I would say is the main door downstairs to get in is quite tricky the key needs to be wiggled quite a bit to get it to open. A hard turn to the left gets it working once you know how. We loved our stay the home is gorgeous inside and couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We are already looking at dates to book to come back in a few months time

We had a perfect stay from start to finish. Val’s instructions were very clear and helpful. The flat is gorgeous and bed very comfy. Val left sone lovely little extras which we are very for, particularly tea and milk for when we arrived. We will be back and for longer next time.

Ruby Sands is very quiet and conveniently located, with the station and Sainsbury's supermarket at the other end of the road. It is an easy walk to the beach. The apartment is newly decorated, with good quality equipment, and attractively furnished. We found the beds extremely comfortable. The neighbours were very friendly. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and quiet. We had excellent meals at the Seaview Restaurant, and coffee at The Yard. We would certainly recommend the property and would be happy to return.

Great location, quiet but only 5 minute walk into town. They had a very useful app for Pinot Perch with all the info you need.

Wonderful apartment - very clean and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Only a few mins walk to shops and 5 mins walk to the waterfront. Lovely decor and amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Whitby.

Stephen always communicated quickly. On arrival the house was spotless with refreshments and sweets provided, which was a nice touch. My Dad is end of life and needed extra equipment which Stephen made sure was available on our arrival. The area was very quiet, although we drove further a field to other areas. Would we stay again, absolutely. It was a good break for us all and Stephen made it possible for my Dad to come on this break for which I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you Stephen

We had a terrific four nights at the Boiling House. Everything about the cottage, the village, the amenities, the area, the walks, and everything else, was superb and exactly what we wanted out of a (too) short break. David is great… communications, access, knowledge, etc. was perfect, and we had some nice chats when we bumped into him in town. We’re nothing but really happy with everything and can’t thank David enough for providing such a great experience.

This particular spot was perfect for exploring Sandsend, although most places will be, it's a small area. It was peaceful and we had amazing views. There's a lovely cafe right at the end of the road, and you're straight on to the beach from there. Lots of walks to enjoy nearby, plus close to Whitby if you fancy it. The house is well equipped and we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay in Elliot’s house and were lucky to enjoy fabulous weather. The location was perfect, the town centre was so busy and it was nice to walk the 10 minutes to get a bit of space and great to be able to park straight outside. We enjoyed lots of walks and sightseeing and a few drinks in the Endeavour!

Lovely home in an ideal location. The house has everything you need. Runswick Bay is in walking distance. Whitby and Scarborough only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this home as a holiday let.

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment was quiet and more spacious than the photographs suggest. It had everything you needed for a pleasant stay in Whitby. I’d definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Rebecca’s cottage, it was just right our family of 4. Clean and tidy, location was stunning and really convenient. Everything matched what was in the listing.

We had a lovely stay for a few nights. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Whitby.

My adult son and I stayed for three nights in Brian’s property . The apartment is immaculate and just as described with high quality fixtures and fittings. Beds, linen and pillows particularly stand out. Plenty to see and do within walking distance, frequent bus service from Whitby to surrounding villages and towns as well as train station within walking distance- if you want a different method of transport. For those driving to Whitby the free parking is a real bonus ( residents permit provided with rental property) . If you get the chance to book this place- take it- highly recommend.

We had a lovely 2 night break at swordfish cottage. Communication from Alison was faultless. The cottage is accessed by 3 stairs up and then quite a few stairs down into the accommodation itself. Once inside it is beautiful, there is a very helpful and complete welcome book with full instructions for the appliances and shower etc. It is just a few minutes walk to the harbour and all local restaurants and shops. The Fleece pub opposite was extremely friendly, even when we walked in with our huge German Shepherd 😆 there was a lovely harbour view from the beer garden. All in all it was a perfect base to explore Whitby.

Lee was fantastic at helping with my queries. The location was spot on for where I needed to be. Would stay again for sure.

After trying few flats in Saltburn finally I found what I am looking for. This place is clean, comfortable and just around the corner of restaurants and bars. Landlord was very proactive and always responding to my questions. Will come back again in January.
