The lodge perfectly suited our needs with two dogs. We were comfortable and made to feel very welcome by all the staff we met.

The stables were just as lovely as the photos! A perfect little hideaway! Nancy was a great host and provided us with detailed and clear directions before our arrival. She was always helpful and quick to respond if I sent her a message. Even though we knew there were people renting the cottage across the gardens from us, we didn’t see or hear anyone. It was lovely and private, super quiet and the gardens were beautiful. The property also benefits from its own private entrance and secured gates at the back of the property. The hot tub and patio was very relaxing and we spent both evenings outside. The place itself is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch! 💗 We used the bus service outside just outside the property, which was a quick 15 min journey to Bath. A lovely day out! We had the most amazing two nights at Donna’s place, it was immaculately clean. A great space for cooking, really comfortable beds and the hot tub was an added perk. Walking distance to a great pub and lots to do in the surrounding areas.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and it was lovely. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy. We loved the hot tub and it was very private. Joy even left us lots of food for breakfast which we loved and there was a lovely selection!! We went to the Italian that was recommended in the booklet that was in the house and the food was 10/10. Thank you very much for the lovely stay. Highly recommend!! 😊😊

Thank you for hosting us, Aisha. The cottage and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. Inside, the cottage is spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is a particular highlight and features a fantastic bath and underfloor heating. We were fortunate to spend New Year’s Eve at this property and were greeted with a Christmas/NYE card and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch! Thank you for that! Aisha was very responsive both before and during our trip, answering a question we had on arrival really promptly. A fantastic retreat in a peaceful village - with Bath being close by if you want to drive and explore locally! Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you.

Me and my party stayed here for a weekend and we’re all thoroughly impressed by the house. The house is very big and has multiple lounge areas to relax in. The cats were very friendly and weren’t a problem even tho some were allergic. Beds are extremely comfortable. Good parking areas around if you have multiple cars heading to the address. The garden was perfect with multiple seating areas to sit around in and relax. We utilised the table tennis table many times during our visit. All in all would highly recommend and consider booking again. Only regret is not booking a longer stay!

Just had a wonderful long weekend at Jo’s place. It’s in a picturesque part of Bath with lots of beautiful walks and views. She also has a fabulous hot tub to enjoy under the stars! Be careful if this is a romantic visit with a new partner because the toilet and bed are quite close together so things get intimate fast! But also wonderfully comfortable and such a fantastic shower! Love this place and would absolutely stay again

We spent a lovely Christmas here as a family of four with our dog pepper. Lovely decor, amenities, kitchen full of everything you need, lots of games for us to play. Great location, lots of fab dog walks, great shops nearby - overall a fantastic stay!

This was my third time staying at Antonia's beautiful place. Stunning surroundings, beautiful walks at your doorstep. Lots to do and visit in the local area. The Shed is super cosy and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Lyn and David’s lodge is brilliant, we stayed for three nights over my wife’s birthday. The location is absolutely amazing, incredible view, cosy but spacious lodge with everything you could need, we loved our few days there and really didn’t want to leave! Lyn and David were very helpful, giving lots of information on walks and the local area, they even decorated the lodge with birthday banners for us to arrive too, amazing hosts!! We will definitely be recommending to our friends and hope we get to go back soon, thanks again. Josh and Lucy

Scott’s house was quirky and comfortable. It is a lived in family home with kids stiff and Scott’s music paraphernalia everywhere. He clearly has great taste in music! It was in a lovely neighbourhood and an easy bus ride into town.

Great place to stay for a trip to Bath! Great location, close to the city centre, easily accessible by Uber or bus! Beautiful home, perfect for a group of you staying, chilled environment, comfortable beds. Would 100% stay again!

Lovely, attractive and comfortable house. Very well furnished and fabulously equipped. The large garden is a great space with a range of seating and tables, a chest of garden toys and a little Wendy house! Samantha communicated regularly and promptly but left as undisturbed during our stay. Overall, very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay for my partners 30th it was so peaceful to wake up to beautiful views and to have a little dip in the hot tub and then to sit by the fire of an evening. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay here over one weekend. The rooms are large and comfortable and the living room area perfect our group of 8. The hot tub is very easy to use and a great way to break up the day. Dana provided some great rocommendations for nearby restaurants and pubs and help with any queries we had.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend break at Maple Cottage, which is very well equipped, clean and fresh. The log burner warmed the lounge superbly, the bed was comfortable, the shower and spa pool refreshing and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back, a real hidden gem!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful barn. We had such a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the use of the pool with our two little ones, who both wanted to spend all their time in there. Such beautiful surroundings and lots of wildlife to be seen, little ones enjoyed seeing the rabbits in field. We’ve created memories that we will treasure. We had a lovely stay at Lois place. It's a uniquely tranquil location in the city, perfect for our young kids who could play in the playground outside the house. The house was spacious (large enough for 4 adults and 2 kids) and had absolutely everything you needed. Very helpful, friendly and warm hosts. We felt very lucky to have stayed here.

Brilliant place, Lois was an excellent host, we had fresh eggs, brownies and bread, which was a delightful suprise. The barn was lovely. Should we be in Bristol again we will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The house is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped and we received some lovely welcome goodies. The bedrooms are comfy and the house is very cosy and warm especially with fires lit. We paid for breakfast on one of the days which was really nice and so much food for all of us.

We had an extraordinary stay in Riverside house- which is a beautiful and luxurious ancient stone house - surrounded by flowers and a herb garden. It was extremely clean and extremely comfortable and pampering. It contains just everything that anyone might need and much more up to the tiniest details. The meticulously cultivated garden is beautiful and so is the heated swimming pool- with gorgeous view. The whole place is located in wild nature, the atmosphere is calm and there is complete privacy. Penny and Richard are outstanding hosts. We felt it from the first moment we got to the place and met them. They were so generous, caring and willing to help us with any information we needed and every trouble we got into- and we got some ... - not connected by any means to the place or hosting which were pefect. We are looking forward to visiting and having wonderful time in this marvelous hosting location.
