The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to food and shopping. It was a great place to stay with plenty of space for our 4 person family. The backyard was fenced and there were no issues for our dogs. 5/5 would stay here again.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Redding. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like coffee, snacks. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes away from Sundial Bridge, great restaurants, and scenic spots like Burney Fall, Whiskeytown Lake and Lassen Volcanic National Park. A local festival Glowing Wild was a beautiful event near sundial bridge. Our host Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great tips for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Redding.

we had a great time at Lisa's place. we especially loved being able to use the baby /toddler items like travel cot and highchair. cupboards were child proof and our son loved the toys that were available.

France’s was a very accommodating host. The home is located in a very safe area with spectacular views of the river. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

The house was very clean. Lisa was quick to respond and took care of any issue that we encountered very professionally and promptly. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful from the from windows. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a return stay for me and I did so because Linda offers a lot for guests at a reasonable price. Also, she is friendly and responsive and made my stay comfortable. Her home offers a lot of space and privacy and was close to hiking trails I used as well as a great Thai restaurant. I recommend Linda’s home to others!

A Dream come True! Turning a last minute late night business trip to Redding into a Breathtaking Dream Mini Vacay that kept just surprising us the entire stay! We are DEFINITELY coming to stay again! The riverfront backyard is so amazing! The pool area is gorgeous with its swim-up bar, palapa, sunken outdoor kitchen, and expansive patios. The spa has strong jets and gets nice and hot. There’s a relaxing little riverfront patio, too, for taking in the soothing sights and sounds. The room has everything you need and thoughtful extra touches (extra toothbrush, snack bar). Good Keurig coffee selection and comfortable bed. Although we loved the room, some couples might be uncomfortable with the small space and lack of bathroom door. The room is ideal for a solo traveler or cozy, familiar couple who don’t need bathroom privacy. April nicely greeted us personally, then we had privacy the rest of the evening. It’s so nice of she and James to share their gorgeous riverside property!

When I head to Redding and need a place to stay, I check to see if Roger and Kathy's place is available before looking elsewhere. I love this spot in Redding; it's my favorite. It's very close to everything yet nestled in a peaceful community. Their place has everything one needs, and Kathy is helpful and pleasant. I can't wait to come back.
