My family and I stayed atNagy‘s place for four days over the weekend of my father‘s memorial service. We had eight family members staying in the home. We were also able to have my sister‘s dog there. What a beautiful home! It was spotlessly clean, and it was much larger than it appeared in the photos. It was so comfortable, there were plenty of places for everyone to sit and sleep, and an amazing heated pool, which we certainly took advantage of and enjoyed very much! This house was a great value—what we paid for the time we were there and all the amenities that we had, it was completely worth it. Thank you, Nagy for making this trip so much easier for us. It was everything we dreamed of and more!

Ashley was extremely responsive and accommodating especially when our original Airbnb booking with a different host and location went terribly wrong! Ashley responded rapidly, and with reassurance and kindness. I cannot thank her enough! She saved the day. After moving into Ashley’s amazing home everything started going right again! The home is close to everything you need- super clean - homey/unique - and was the cherry on top of this vacation. Will definitely love to stay again. Thank you again Ashley!

Beautiful house with very responsive and helpful hosts!

We loved our stay. The house was in great condition and as described. The heated pool was great as we had some cooler temperatures but the kids were still able to swim multiples times daily. Would stay here again.

Joe and Melina are so nice and very responsive. The property is kept in very good condition. The location for access to downtown Dunedin is EXCELLENT. All walkable. Additionally, access to the Jolly Trolley is EXCELLENT. Hop on for a very inexpensive and pleasant ride to points north and south of Dunedin. We traveled to the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, dinner at Ozona Blue, and Clearwater Beach several times. The propeety has three very good bikes that we used on the area trails several times. We find this property a convenient and pleasant stay. Again....just a wonderful stay at Joe and Melin's house!

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and stocked well. Pool was great and warm. Had everything we needed . Beds were very comfy. Lots of towels. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Good place to stay

The Cottage was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the sights of the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area. The decor was very welcoming with so many thoughtful touches. I was confused about why there was water in the flower vase at first because I couldn’t wrap my brain around the fact that THEY WERE REAL! It was so nice to have little slippers available and everyday items that make traveling so much simpler (scissors, sewing kit, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, bathroom essentials, etc.). I was also shocked about how spacious both the living room and bedroom were! I could spread out and not worry about tripping on anything. I wish I would have had the chance to poke around the area on foot more because it seemed like everywhere I needed to go was a 4/9/12 minute drive away so I’m pretty sure I could have walked more, but it was a short trip with lots to do. Gwen anticipated all my needs and answered questions before I asked them!

We had a great time staying at Carole’s AirBnB in Dunedin! The apartment and outside space look just like the pictures and are very welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed eating our meals on the outside table and relaxing before bedtime watching our favorite shows on the Indoor big screen. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the decor inside and outside is very artistic and colorful. Carole is very responsive and caring for her guests. We enjoyed meeting her and having some time to share with each other. She is a very kind and considerate person- and a supportive host! We definitely recommend her AirBnB - it is situated in a wonderful spot walking distance to downtown Dunedin as well as to the water’s edge, and easy to get to local beaches. We had a rental car and were able to park in the driveway and had no problems traveling from the airport and to nearby sites of interest in and around Tampa. Thank you Carole - we thoroughly enjoyed your apartment & it’s wonderful setting!!!

I can’t say enough about Lina’s place. It felt like home the minute we arrived. We took a redeye from Washington State so I was so thankful to have a clean comfortable place to take a morning nap. The bed was comfortable, the linen clean, the sofa and pillows and decor was so lovely. Our entire experience with top-notch. I loved waking up to see the water right outside our window and having our morning coffee on the patio. It was so peaceful and comfortable. My 12-year-old son went straight to the pier to fish. He loved every single minute of it. We are deeply grateful and appreciative to Lina. Something to note: if you plan on cooking, bring/purchase your spices.

Quiet place to sleep with a well equipped, kitchen and bath. Park right in front of the unit. Clean. Would recommend.

This is a cute & clean unit. It was perfect for my husband and I. The location was perfect for our travels around the area, near the beaches, restaurants, shopping and easy commute to St Petersburg, Tampa and North of Pinellas. The bed was comfortable, and the furniture was cozy. We will book here again!

After a 17 hour drive, I finally made it to the Airbnb. It was dark, I was exhausted and check in was so easy and not frustrating. When you walk in, you are greeted by to couches, and a way to the kitchen and back door. To the right, you have the main bed and bathroom. With a roomy bed, you can sleep away those hours on the road. The back porch was a great spot to bring morning coffee. There was minimal noise from nearby and neighbors. You are a decent distance to Clearwater beach, but the drive is just as pretty with all of the trees. I stayed for 2 nights, and I would recommend anyone to stay at this Airbnb! Smoke free on the inside was appreciated

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

Die Wohnung war für uns zwei perfekt, ebenso die Lage. Es sind keine 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, Mel, war jederzeit sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Mel für alles.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

the apartment was a stone's throw from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. A a short drive to any thing from groceries to gas and convenient stores. the apartment matched the discretion and was a pleasure to stay at. I would happily rent and bring my family back.
