Ryan did an excellent job making us feel at home! Short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and provided a nice place to stay back and relax!

Good location. The pool and hot tub were great.

Very spacious had all the amenities me and my family needed. We all felt at home. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool.

Wonderful house and experience. We booked this last minute to celebrate my uncle’s birthday - and were extremely pleased with the house location and amenities. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of boating. Would highly recommend this place as it’s ideal for families, pets, and kids.

My husband, myself and my in-laws all stayed at Lauren's charming Airbnb, and had a fabulous time. The home was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. We took advantage of the multiple outdoor living areas and enjoyed the use of the jacuzzi. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook many of our meals there, and there were beach chairs and towels available, making beach days seamless. There were even a few card games available for use in the study, so our family had a lot of fun sharing meals and laughs at this airbnb. Lauren was very attentive and answered almost immediately in all of our correspondences. If you are staying in St. Pete and are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, I'd highly recommend staying at this location. Great for couples or small families!!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Jakub’s home was very comfortable and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were clean and it was easy for us to see the children while they enjoyed the pool, so that was a plus. Everything was so nice that we would definitely stay again. Jakub even provided some amenities for our two dogs that we brought. He was great at communicating and it was a pleasure to stay at his home. Thank you, Jakub for your thoughtfulness and good communication. We look forward to our next stay.

We really enjoyed the stay. The hot tub and pool table were great and the home was comfortable and clean. Location was good and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great for a group to stay for a wedding! The space was clean and easy to get to, the hosts were very responsive, and it was a great location! The shared courtyard was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time at the pool!

We had a great stay. Amenities listed were a little vague. They had towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sheets, etc. available. Pool could have been a little cleaner however, there was a company on site there twice the week we were there to service the pool. All in all we had a great stay and would def consider staying again in the future.

We were here for a fourteen person bachelorette party and had a great time. Rivkah is very communicative. The house had enough regular and beach towels for us all and plenty of space for us all to hang out. We did have to pay extra for early check in, but were able to get into the house two hours early. Would reccomend this place for large groups

Our stay at the Luxury Ultra Modern Villa in Seminole, Florida, was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for our party of five, the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, just minutes from stunning beaches—only a 5-minute drive to beach access and 13 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. The villa itself featured a sleek, modern design with an open layout that brought everyone together. The three stylish bedrooms were beautifully decorated, each with super comfortable memory foam mattresses, we all slept like babies. The highlight was the stunning backyard. The heated pool was a true oasis, perfect for cooling off during sunny days, while the spa offered a relaxing retreat in the evenings. We loved this space so much and spent most of our time out there. With beach accessories provided, we were well-equipped for the beach. The owners are great people and very responsive. We will for sure come back in the future!

My family of 4 and my parents stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed both the beach and intercostal waters! The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us, with ample bathroom and bedroom space. Very clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. It is a 14 minute easy stroll to the beach. We packed the provided beach chairs on our backs and were able to spend several hours at the beach. Driving to the beach is an option but beach access parking is a bit difficult during spring break. We loved the intercostal location, with the pool and spa! We were able to fish and enjoy the beautiful breeze and view. The house is exactly what Debbie has described and pictured. Highly recommend!

Good communication, nice location, close to a park for kids, nice pool/hot tub, would stay again.

We loved being on the canal side and even spotted a dolphin! The porch was an ideal spot and the jacuzzi was great. It was also an easy walk to the beach and appreciated access to beach chairs and towels. We made good use of the kitchen and overall had a great weekend getaway!
