Our stay with Ali and Rina was lovely! The building was very nice and in a great location, and the pool was a great plus. Ali was very friendly and easy to communicate with!

Jasmine was super welcoming and communication was great throughout our stay. Jasmine went above and beyond in accommodating our change of plans when we checked in, made some great recommendations and provided multiple air con options during the hot summer! Overall a great stay, would highly recommend

部屋も清潔で、天井が高く開放感があり、とても素敵なお部屋でした！ キッチン用品や調味料も多数揃えられています。 台風が発生し、急遽宿泊を延長してもらいましたが、すぐに返答、対応してくれてとても助かりました！ 周辺のアクセスもよく、住みたくなるようなお部屋で、またブリスベンにきた時は泊まりたいと思いました😊

Leith went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The place was as pictured and easy to find. Leith's instructions were extremely clear and made check in super simple. Upon check out I dropped a shoe and Leith helped organise for me to pick it up with his cleaners. As I said above and beyond. Lovely and enjoyable stay

Host was great to deal with. Before confirming the reservation the Host asked our expectations of the accommodation to ensure their unit was what we were looking for (which it was). Everything worked as it was supposed to, the Host was extremely quick to respond to any messages, the unit is in a great location, the Host offered to make the pull out sofa, which was above and beyond our expectations. I have no problem leaving a positive review for this unit, and I am the type of person who has left some units extremely bad reviews, but I highly recommend this unit 10/10.

We had to extend our stay due to the cyclone, and Derek and Heiddy were very understanding and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean, with beautiful views and in a great location with the beach, shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The building was also very quiet and private, with a handy laundry downstairs. We'd be very happy to come back again when the weather is nicer! :)

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment - location was very central but also quiet. It was so easy to get around the city. The pool and gym was an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a perfect spot in central Brisbane!

Great host who went above and beyond during Cyclone Alfred, accommodating our extended stay when we couldn’t leave the state. The place was fantastic - great location and excellent amenities. We had a small issue at check-in, but the host resolved it smoothly. Thanks for having us!

Luxury end apartment in a great location with access to a lovely large swimming pool and well equipped gym.

Chris was nothing short of amazing. We were scheduled to check in on Friday which is when Cyclone Alfred was meant to hit Brisbane. Knowing I was in town and with my wife and two young children, Chris offered me his apartment two days early free of charge, to ensure we were settled and comfortable before the cyclone was due to hit. Absolute gentleman. Apartment was great. Perfect location and clear instructions. Chris, thank you for everything and we will definitely rebook.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Cavill Street, shops, and the beach, making it super convenient for exploring and enjoying the area. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this apartment 3 times for several days over a period of two and a half weeks. In between we made some excursions to several parts of beautiful Australia and Brisbane is a great central point to explore this vast country. The apartment had enough space for the 3 of us. The train station and bus stops to centre of town were just around the corner. Walking to town is only 15 minutes and therefor the location of the apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is beautiful and the roof pool was a welcome and refreshing extra after a day of exploring Brisbane. The hosts , Ravind and Olivia were extremely friendly, welcoming a swift with their response if we had questions. It felt after a while, home away from home! This place is in an ideal location to visit beautiful Brisbane and I would recommend it to anyone . Thank you again , Olivia and Ravind for letting us use your lovely apartment. The place suited our needs. Lots of street parking and responsive host. Clearly a lived in Airbnb so sometimes unsure what we could/should use versus what should be left untouched. Lovely new renovated bathroom is great.

Chiara was a great host! The amenities were as described, we had the pool all to our selves every time we went. The pool was clean and refreshing. There was always parking on the street and usually parking in the designated visitor parking as well. It was quiet and we felt right at home.

My family of 5 adults had a lovely 8 nights stay in this home. It’s walking distance from the beach, Cavill Ave, shops, restaurants and more. It was spacious to stay in all day especially when it rained for 2 days straight. The air con was fabulous!! Was a comfortable temperature all the time and we felt no humidity at all. Fully equipped kitchen, fabulous bathrooms, and great communication from hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Notre sejour chez Ki était idéal. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons passé le cyclone sans problème. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour découvrir un peu plus la région. L’emplacement est idéal, la mer et le magasin à 5 minutes à pied, parfait.

The house was beautifully furnished very clean and tidy. The host was excellent with communication. Location was perfect for our needs was close to our Family. I would highly recommend this host.

We have stayed at a number of air bnb’s and this was by far the best equipped. The location is great for any family doing the gold coast theme parks, top golf or outback spectacular. Plenty of room and a nice pool.

The Villa was everything we expected and so much more. Situated right on the canals the view is breathtaking at anytime of the day, we were so lucky to be greeted by dolphins on day one swimming along the canal past our jetty. The Villa itself is exactly as described and has so much space, we stayed for two weeks and felt right at home from the start. The pool is a two minute walk and was always quiet and perfect for a morning swim. The neighbourhood is so peaceful but is within walking distance of the beach, cafes and restaurants and shopping centre, tip if you want to visit Brisbane for the day, get an uber to Helensvale station, $40 round trip, as you won’t get parked and as trains are 50 cents, definitely worth it for a day out. We loved our stay and as we were on the Gold Coast to visit family will definitely be hoping to stay at the Villa again when we return.
