Our stay exceeded our expectations. Wow what a lovely clean unit and so spacious. Communication with our host was great.

Well located for an event at RQYS. Easy to walk there and back each day. Also close to the train, IGA, chemist etc.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. Brought guest from Canada and for first location prior to GC and 1770 this place will be hard to beat. The view is a great asset. The unit is spacious and well laid out. Outside lounge is hot in afternoon - a roll down blind or relocate to counter side facing the view would be a good improvement. 4 days there and enjoyed every day

We had a wonderful stay at The Spinnaker cottage in Manly. It was the perfect place to base ourselves for our dear friend's 90th birthday celebrations in Lota. We loved the gorgeous setting and quiet location, the cleanliness, the a/c and ceiling fans (so essential in the Brissy heat and humidity), the comfortable bed and lovely bedding - the overall attention to detail with thought given to making sure everything needed for a great stay was provided. So... many thanks Nicola. We hope to stay again on our next visit to bayside Brisbane. 😊😊

Loved our stay at Cindy’s place. From meeting her Mum who took us on the check in tour to the lovely property itself, we were all very comfortable and definitely would like to come back to stay. Location was very convenient as we were attending a concert at the entertainment centre. Thanks Cindy and Toni for a great stay - highly recommend. Very obliging owner.

We stayed at Lauren's place for a few days while we visited my brother, who lives in the area. The house was lovely and well presented and clean. The construction site at the front was a little annoying to manoeuvre the car into the garage. But other than that, very private and quite area. Would definitely stay again :-)

This house was very clean and comfortable for our small family and short stay. Great location, lots to do, close to town, markets and restaurants. The town js lively enough but also peaceful and chilled. We loved the snack and kids toys the host left for us. Thank you

Wow!!! We had the most lovely stay at Manida’s guesthouse. Firstly, it’s huge (more like a house than a guesthouse) lots of open space & very comfortable and well furnished. The property and surroundings are beautiful, we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the offered tennis, golf & pool as it was a business trip but will definitely be back and hopefully get to enjoy the offerings. We work away 90% of the time so we have stayed in many many AirBNB’s and this would have to be on the top of the list, very good value for money, home made bread, breakfast and more. Thank you for having us.

We stayed here for about a month. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was comfortable like home. Shopping centers and parks were nearby, and transportation was convenient, so we were able to enjoy the Gold Coast to the fullest. The host, Sharryn, responded to our questions immediately and was very kind and lovely. Both my children and I grew to love her. We would love to stay in Sharryn's room again when we go to the Gold Coast.

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

Chris was nothing short of amazing. We were scheduled to check in on Friday which is when Cyclone Alfred was meant to hit Brisbane. Knowing I was in town and with my wife and two young children, Chris offered me his apartment two days early free of charge, to ensure we were settled and comfortable before the cyclone was due to hit. Absolute gentleman. Apartment was great. Perfect location and clear instructions. Chris, thank you for everything and we will definitely rebook.

The apartment is fantastic with an incredible view and prime location. The only downside is having to clean up before checking out—it would be really helpful to have cleaners, especially when managing the extra task of cleaning with kids.

Very very very nice view house, in front of the sea, and the house is very clean, everything is very convenient, it’s worth to live in this house

Great place to stay. Unreal views from the balcony especially when the suns setting, and is much bigger than it looks on the pictures! Sam’s really helpful and is straight on it if you have any issues. Definitely recommend and will stay again!
